I just spent 23 minutes on hold with this store. Every time the phone phone rang someone would place it back on hold with out saying a word. Sadly, I was looking for an employee who gave me exemplary customer service!

This pharmacy is awful. I always brushed off the incredibly long prescription fill times … sometimes taking DAYS. It’s never been an urgent medication until now. My entire body is filled with hives and rashes, my prescription took almost 2 days to fill, but by that time my doctor had decided to up the dosage, to which the pharmacy only canceled the p order all together. Don’t send any urgent prescription refills here!!! I’m unable to sleep and it’s so bad I’m debating going to the ER. All because they can’t fill prescriptions timely!!

Pharmacy is incompetent. Trying to call in an talk to someone and every time they pick up and just hang up the phone. Prescription ready time incorrect and still had to wait over 4 hours for my prescription.

This pharmacy sucks! I've been trying to get my medication filled for 5 days. They have told me twice it would be filled and I will get a text message. I spoke to a pharmacy tech yesterday and she told me it would be done in 2 hours. It was never filled. I ran out of my meds yesterday and have been put on hold for over an hour today. I called 3 or 4 times each time getting put on hold and no one ever picks up. I finally called the one in Menomonee falls and my call was answered in one minute. She was very nice and polite and said my script would be ready in 2 hours. As long as this happens I will be ok. I should of taken my 1st dose at 6am this morning. This is absolutely unexceptable. If I don't have my meds I go through withdrawal. These people do not care at all. The automated system obviously does not work and the staff in the pharmacy is incompetent. Trust me go somewhere else!

The manager was very rude and she had 1 employee work both the register and photo booth. She wouldnt help him. He was terrified getting both jobs done at once. My 11 months old was with me so I decided to help the employee with my photo order. My baby was moving around in my hands and wanted to stand. Anyone with kids know that at that age you can't find shoes. She refused to let me get my order through until I held my baby saying he doesn't have shoes on so he can't be on the floor. Her ignorance and lack of good management skills and lack of good customer service skills are both irritating and laughable. I've been living in Germantown for 13 yrs and coming to this walgreens. This woman was hired last year but she is absolutely not fit for the job.

The manager was very rude to me. I was trying to pick up an order for Door Dash and asked a worker where the item was. The worker was very nice and walked me to where the item was. The manager came up to us and yelled at the worker that they can't shop for customers' Door Dash orders. I tried to tell her that she was just helping me find an item, but she kept cutting me off and was extremely rude and unkind. This happened a while ago, so I'm honestly not sure if she still works there. If she does, I feel bad for the employees and as a customer, try to avoid her. It's worth it to go to a different Walgreens purely because of the risk of interacting with her.

I have waited quite some time to write a review in hopes that things would improve at this Walgreens Pharmacy. I am overseeing my 95 yr old mom's medications and have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. . I have literally been lied to , accusing my mom of ordering meds on line which was confirmed not true by the insurance. I have had texts sent to me that have not been ready, life saving medications not in stock numerous times, and have had numerous personnel outright rude. I was there to pick up medications 5 minutes before closing, after conversing regarding a screw up again, I was told, " technically we are now closed, it is after 5pm" Two Dr offices have now told us that they get complaints about Walgreens Pharmacy on a daily basis!! I could go on. I highly suggest NOT using this pharmacy and we are in the process of switching to another much to my dismay. I give them a negative 5 stars.

Update: Decided to give this location multiple chances and the only thing this lead to was more disappointment and frustration. I spoke on the phone directly with the pharmacist last night and told him that I need my prescription by today, which he said was completely doable. Today rolls around and guess what, still not ready. At first I was told that they didn't even have my medication in stock... and then it turned into a 1 hour wait. Again, I have worked at a walgreens before and know that my prescription literally comes in a box and all that they need to do is put it in a bag. No copay, no nothing. This place just needs to get shut down at this point rather than ruining peoples day. I cannot imagine if this was a life depending prescription I needed.

Not impressed. 1 cashier for 3 self check outs and 1 regular check out. And of course, those at self check had age restricted items so cashier ringing us up, had to leave to help self checkout customers. An incredibly inefficient system.

The Germantown 53022 Manager needs serious customer service training and coaching. Paige, young counter clerk exhibted great customer service despite her manager's erratic angry behavior.
