“Tires not rotated correctly had to return 2nd time. More than 1.5 hrs for a simple scheduled appointment. Staff at desk was friendly but could have communicated better with the service tech so it was done as requested. Still like the store & will be back but will insist to verify instructions with service tech. We’re all human. ?”
