Preceptor Home Health and Hospice is a great place to work if you are looking for a company that cares about their employees and work-life balance. Preceptor employees truly care for each of their patients. Having a very close friend that was on Preceptor Hospice, it was amazing to see first hand the care and compassion from all of the nurses, CNA's and social workers. Being a current employee of Preceptor, I see on a daily basis how all of our staff go above and beyond for their patients.

I have been part of the Preceptor Home Health & Hospice family for 15 years. I really cannot imagine working anywhere else. Not only do I know what it is like to be part of the Preceptor family but I have had our fabulous team care for my loved ones....I really cannot imagine putting that type of faith in any other organization! They were all top notch. Whether it was the home health therapy and nursing team or the hospice team, my family and I were extremely pleased with the care our loved ones received!

Preceptor is truly a unique and wonderful company. Being an employee I can see how dedicated and hardworking the staff are on a daily basis. There is also a true value for employees and work-life balance from the management team. Being a family member of a hospice patient cared for by Preceptor, I have seen the care and compassion that every member of the team has. Preceptor provided hospice care to my grandmother and stepped in to get her admitted to services within 2 hours of realizing her need. The nurses, social workers, aides, and chaplains that provided direct care were phenomenal and so were the teammates that I had supporting me within the company during that difficult time. This company is not only a team, but a family that truly cares about one another.
