I used the shop on-line / pick up order process to buy 3 bags of fertilizer. When I went to pick them up at the overhead door, the employee didn't lift a finger to help me load them in my vehicle. After I loaded them, he asked if there was anything he could help me with. I told him he could have helped me load them.I called the corporate office and the customer service person said she couldn't connect me with anyone but that someone would call back. Haven't heard from anyone.It's amazing all the expense a company puts out to get your business and then treat you like they don't give a damn.
