placed an order online, got there too early for pick up time. The 2 rangefinders were sitting out on the counter and the customer service guy tells me it could be up to another 2 hours yet for the order to be filled. The product was right there in the store. My option was to cancel my order and just buy the items. What kind of service is that. now i see why the reviews of this place are less than 3 stars already. will never make a purchase there again. To many other stores that sell sporting goods to get treated like this. Called to cancel my order and the customer service lady tells me that's normal procedure. this company is ridiculous from the top down to the store level.

Never had any issues when coming here. I can always find help or products I am looking for. Parking is a little weird, especially hard to find parking when they are super super busy.

Love the fact they have kerosene at the pump! Always very friendly. Have a great selection if everything you need for your home and yard! Also sell clothing and footwear too. A nice one stop shot.
