Jesse was absolutely incredible to work with, I cannot recommend him highly enough! His communication was exceptional throughout the entire process, and it was very clear he had our best interests in mind. We could not have navigated the sale of one property and the purchase of another without his expertise and dedication, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with at every step. This was our first time selling a house and Jesse made it very easy. He was extremely responsive and definitely worked hard to get the sale done in a timely manner. Jesse is truly exceptional. I met him through a mutual connection and we got coffee together soon after. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with him and I’m so thankful I did.
Jesse is ALWAYS available for his clients. His responsiveness is incredible. He puts the client first and is always willing to work on their schedule and meet them where they are at. Even doing Zoom meetings to ask questions, if necessary.
He and his team do incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents like what is a GF Number that you get when you are buying new construction. The delivery of the information is always straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treats every client situation like he is purchasing the property for his own family – they look out for you and have your best interests in mind.
Jesse will work with you to make your desires a reality. His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy can make a potentially chaotic purchase or sale process simple. I’ve already recommended him to friends and clients. Whenever I am looking to buy or sell, I will not hesitate to call Jesse!
