Barbie and I took our very sick new Yorkshire Terrier Puppy to the
Germantown Animal Hospital on Thursday, October 3rd. The staff was so kind and compassionate, and Dr. Ashley spent time with our Winston by sitting down on the floor with him so that she could sense what was really wrong. Her accurate diagnosis and subsequent medication prescriptions have our new little puppy running and playing and sharing love and kisses. We are so grateful and also pleased with the affordable costs involved. The incredible staff at GAH is clearly on top of their game and really care about the health of every treasured pet that has the blessing of their care.

I trust Germantown Animal Hospital with my dog Libby’s care. They have always taken great care of her. Dr Alex and Cassie are wonderful.

Staff is kind. Very upfront about extra costs for procedures. My cats have gotten great care from Dr Alex and the caring staff.

Dr Alex is always so pleasant to our pups. He gets down on the floor to their level and makes them feel comfortable during our visits. Front Desk Girls are always friendly and helpful.

The entire staff at Germantown Animal Hospital are amazing! I couldn't get my 14 yr. old little kitty buddy in to be seen anywhere for weeks and he couldn't breathe from a lung infection and was so dehydrated he was literally knocking on heaven's door. Ann listened to my situation and found a way to work him in, and Becky and Dr. Alex took such amazing care of him that I really felt like they cared not only about my cat, but about the emotional stress we were under seeing him so sick! Great care! Great people! And for an emergency visit the price was absolutely reasonable. Take your pet friends there, you won't be disappointed you did!

Dr. Alex and his tech Brooke were awesome they were able to control our EXTREMELY aggressive cat while they did a full exam. They have always given us great advice and what to watch for as our “furbaby” ages.

Germantown Animal Hospital has been there for our dog from the beginning. The excellent care they've given, and the cancer surgery they performed have helped him to live an active happy life. Most Labs live 12 to 13 years. He is 16 years old and much of that we attribute to Germantown Animal Hospital and the great care they've given him.

We have only ever taken our dogs Arnold and Noodle (mini doxies) to Germantown Animal Hospital. Dr. Alex and his staff have always been so kind and patient and understanding to both the dogs and to us. I know we can overworry sometimes about our pets but Dr. Alex has always been beyond great to us. And the weens love him and their staff so much (even though they don’t seem it always).

After our regular vet retired, we had to find a new one and fast since our dog was HW+. So I'm relatively new to Germantown Animal Hospital but the staff is so caring. Also they explain the procedures to you and if you have questions later, they are really good at getting back to you. So far my experience has been positive and I believe it will continue.
