I dropped off some prints to be laminated. I opted to pay the extra charge to have an employee laminate them instead of doing it myself because I wanted them to look good. I didn’t receive a call when they were ready (like I was told I would) when I called to ask if ready I was told I should’ve already picked them up. When I arrived to pick them up I was excited and asked to see them. The prints are covered in air bubbles, crooked, have bent corners, and have spots that clearly stuck to the laminating paper, were peeled, and re stuck before laminating. I am super disappointed. The employee said that’s the risk you run with laminating and that there’s nothing they can do. (It would’ve been very nice to know this ahead of time) He then offered a $3 discount. I am still so upset and frustrated with the poor quality and customer service. My prints are ruined. They didn’t offer to fix the situation, buy new prints, etc. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I've been to the Fed Ex/Kinkos in Menomonee Falls several times to use their self-service copy/scan/fax machines. The manager and staff person that have been there each visit have been personable and helpful. I left my credit card at home once and they were able to give me a code to use and then I could pay with cash. If you come after 5:00 pm or do you should expect to run into delivery person with large numbers of packages. This is the nature of the business.

On more than one occasion a package I dropped off to be shipped overnight was not shipped. Absolutely un-excusable. I will find a different shipper

I came in to the Germantown FedEx location and was given excellent service by Tiffany. She helped me navigate all the steps to expedite renewing my passport. It was a difficult process and she took the time to check every step with me. She gave great suggestions and I left feeling so grateful for having her support!

I went to the store in Skippy name, changed to protect the stupid couldn’t help me at all didn’t know what he was doing. Went in three days later. The manager was much more helpful. She knew her job. I hope I see my package again.

I’ve had consistently good service at this location until a few days ago when I had an encounter with a young African-American woman who works behind the counter here. She could NOT have been more UNhelpful, and spoke to me like I was a toddler who needed to be “schooled”. I shrugged it off as she may have been having a bad day…..until I was unlucky enough to have her assist me (if you can call it that) again the following day. I didn’t get a name, as she was the only one (of three) working, who wasn’t wearing a name badge, but she had extremely long, fake eyelashes. I don’t know what this young girl’s issue is, or what kind of psychological games she likes to subject her customers to, but she has no business being in front of real live humans (much less paying customers) - especially if FedEx would like to see those customers return.

They got my printing job done quickly and it looked great… however it cost double what it was going to cost at my local printing company (who couldn’t get it done in time). If you need reliability, they are great, if you need cost efficient, they suck!

I've sold and shipped out a few guitars here, and have had great experiences each time. This most recent time, I brought a fairly expensive Les Paul in for shipping and requested that it be packed more rigorously than usual packages. Ariana made sure that was the case, even packing the box right in front of me to make sure that it was to my satisfaction. I'll definitely continue to ship packages from this specific location.

Just came here on this beautifully day and had the need for printing many business cards. An employee who identified themselves as Baandig Johnson, the Midstate “Bronson Swanson” approached me and asked where I was from. I told him I’m not from here to which he replied, “well if you are from the midstate then you can say that and get top quality help from me”. I’m not actually from the midstate but I did indeed lie and tell Baandig Johnson that I am from the midstate so I could get some really good help (the midstate Bronson Swanson). Let me just say, I AM A HAPPY CAMPER. I have never been more satisfied in my life. I left the store with a big smile on my face and a belly full of “rice and noodles”. This review is for FedEx in Menomonee Falls off Appleton Road.

Very rude. Needed to drop off a package and get a receipt. but I was told to just take a picture of the label. Now I understand I can use the tracking number off the package, but I needed proof of drop off with a receipt which I didn't get.
