Absolutely wonderful experience. When my apartment building said they were going with someone other than AT & T as contract ended I was nervous. Never heard of this company. So very, very glad we changed. My internet speed is so much faster I couldn't believe it. Also this is cheaper. Young man who installed everything was so helpful and patient with me and my questions. Thank you 5th Ave. Lofts for making this change. Thank you Ethoplex

Verrrry poor customer service. You can call their number & stay on hold for an hour. You'll never talk to anyone to address your problem. I have left multiple in need of service "tickets" with their customer service department with absolutely 0 results. I have been without working internet for about 3 months!!! It's soooo bad they haven't even bothered to bill me. Rightfully so. Their internet & customer service is AWFUL AT BEST!!!!!!!

Ethoplex is by far the best point to point wireless internet provider we have ever worked with for home internet service. Their support team is always responsive and willing to work with you. Service speeds are on point and they are always in a state of upgrade to provide us with cutting edge service, support and equipment. No need to shop around, ethoplex is the real deal. In case you are wondering, no... I don't work for them, I am a happy, satisfied, rural ethoplex customer.

It’s like every other day I have not had any internet connection due to “maintenance issues” for the pass 3 months. It’s ridiculous! I’m to the point, I have to wake up everyday wondering if I will have any internet coverage. I work from home and regardless of that, I would like to know I am paying my money for a reliable network! Moreover, there is NO COMMUNICATION from the company at all regarding how long service will be down or restored. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional all around!!! I work from home and live alone, there is NO reason I should have to sit in an empty apartment with no WiFi connection for over 24 hours EVERY OTHER DAY! Do better!??

What a nightmare. I have used Ethoplex for a few years now & the last year has really gone downhill, but I've always had issues. Speed issues (I pay for 25mbps and get anywhere between 4-11), dropped service (it'll randomly go out because it's being worked on/upgraded - which they don't warn you about ahead of time, lack of communication (I'm still waiting on about 3 call backs). If you WFH 100% of the time, expect a lot of issues.

We run both our internet and our phones through Ethoplex. We are in a so called non service area for the other internet providers. We just had an issue with our 2nd phone line and Lucas jumped in to expedite our repair having Cody stop out the next day and they were able to fix it from the shop changing a setting. We are back at 100%. Highly Recommend.

Well when it's working I'd rate it 4 out of 10.I can set my clocks to when it goes out. 20 minutes past the hour and 40 minutes past the hour.Definitely not the service I was told I'd was to expect.

I've had Ethoplex internet for the past two years after trying countless other providers for rural areas. Ethoplex is simply the best in uptime and internet speed. I've seen very little degradation of speed during peak hours and no data caps makes them the best choice.

The staff were polite and nice. The customer service was terrible. No follow up. Unanswered calls with no call backs. No service after a month of nothing.We had a drone do a survey,. I never received a report as to what was found, also no return to my repeated calls looking for an answer.

I would highly highly recommend not using ethoplex! Spotty at best and I am paying for the best coverage but I have less then 1 mbps all the time! Not worth the price nor the hassle, as the company will never get back to me!

Works perfectly fine until the last week of the month, like clockwork. Company won’t respond to emails either. Would recommend going with a different provider.

Been a customer with Ethoplex for about 2 years now and I can say that it has been frustrating, irritating, and a waste of time. This internet company truly doesn't care for their customers. Their customer support is useless and unprofessional. We have a “custom plan” which contains 75 download with 25 upload. For most of the time we get our speeds. But the quality of the speeds are horrible. We have this plan so we can play video games, streaming, and uploading. But this internet is not capable of doing so with rubberbanding, high latency, and a lot of packet loss. This is really frustrating when you are paying for a service that they are not fulfilling and refuse to resolve the issue. As we have been waiting for a tower update since May of 2022. If you can get any other internet company rather than Ethoplex I would highly do so.

We're in a reception dessert, but Ethoplex finally gave us decent service at affordable rates. After trying expensive satellite providers that buffered a lot and cost a fortune, we discovered Ethoplex. They have great customer service, decent reception, and at half the price of other providers they're the best option around.

Worked with Richard on multiple sites and he was a great help! Communication was great. Install was fast and tech Jimmy was AMAZING! The team there really takes care of you from start to finish!
