Straight Line Collision really supported me through a difficult timeline. I was in Milwaukee visiting from out of town when someone side swiped me on the freeway. With limited time and resources, I could not find a body shop that could take care of my work for over a month. When I came across Straight Line, not only did they get me in right away for my estimate, but they also helped push the process through quicker as much as possible when it came to dealing with insurance. They made sure not only was my car finished in tip top shape, but they also got me back on the road within a extremely short amount of time which helped ease my anxiety of the overall process with not having enough free time to hang around. I am really appreciative of their quick turnaround time, thoughtful process, assistance in my unusual matter and providing quality work. I would recommend Straight Line to anyone needing body work. I couldn't have asked for a better place to do work on my car. Shiela was so kind and always answered any question I had. Supply chain was an issue with getting my parts. I absolutely love this place and the people that own/operate it. If I could rate it over 5 stars, I would.They provide what a lot of places are lacking nowadays: good old fashioned customer service.They do high quality work, as well! I'm always happy with my vehicle once it comes back from them.I'm recommending them to all my friends and family if the need for body work ever arises. Sheila and Dan were great to work with - down to earth reasonable people. The repair work they did was incredible - you would never know the vehicle was in the shop and repainted (no overspray found and paint blended perfectly). Very efficient too - quick turn around.
