“I am extremely pleased with Mander. I took my 2015 Avalon to the Brookfield location for an estimate. Wanting the vehicle repaired sooner, I asked about other locations with earlier availability. I was referred to their Milwaukee location. Carson at the Milwaukee location called me quickly me to get me scheduled. The repairs were done quickly, very well, and returned the vehicle to me on time. The staff were all friendly and communicative. Locally owned does make a difference.”

“The only word I can describe the quality of work the team provided is “METICULOUS”. From beginning to start of the project, the entire team made sure my car was taken care of and every suggestion and opinion was heard and implemented on flawlessly.
I turned my 2002 BMW 540i to them to have a complete color change from original Black to Lime Rock Grey and honestly, not even I can tell if the car was ever a different color then what it is today.
Brent, Manny, Hector, Katilyn and the rest of the team were always there and helpful and treated me like family.
I am so glad I had them take care of my vehicle and do the job as I don’t think there is anyone else in this state that I have seen so far that can do a better job then them, and trust me when I say, I have seen many paint jobs on cars and by far, this is THE BEST I have seen.

“I have been. long time customer of Gordie Boucher...over 30 years and have also bought my last car from them. The service department never disappoints with my car needs and monitoring of my car’s situation. The people there are friendly and professional, too....definitely a good value for their services.
This past week, I again, had Gordie Boucher service my car for an oil change. I had scheduled the appointment online; however, when I arrived, their system did not reflect the appointment. However, I had the confirmation email on my phone and Tim, in the service area, appreciated the email and he photocopied it to send onto IT....all went well for my appointment, Tim made sure my car was serviced per my appointment. Great service team at Gordie Boucher’s in Mequon!”

“Convenient Enterprise drop-off. They're cool to do it. Good people, very nice especially the receptionist. Car looked like it had been washed. The replaced lift gate looked better than it did before the accident and honestly the backup sensors seem to be more certain of objects (the radar comes up when you get close and always seemed a little sporadic for a few seconds then stabilized but now the sensors seem a lot more confident.)

“Talked to Danny about my truck wheel well fenders that needed to be replaced as they were broken - he did me a solid when I talked to him and actually temporarily fix it so it wouldn't flap at no charge. I ended up having to cancel on my appt last minute due to a conflict and they were able to fit me in on Saturday. They replaced the new wheel well fenders for a very fair price and did a great job. Happy with their work and service! Would definitely recommend!”

“Went in for an emissions test. They had in and out within 5 minutes. Good customer service too. From what I could gather, 9 AM is the time they start doing emission tests so maybe try not to go earlier than that.”

Needed to check in pretty often as things took time coming in, but the owner was very friendly and understanding with keeping the price low.”

“I am giving Scott 5 stars because for MONTHS I called MULTIPLE body shops and nobody would take on the job I needed to be done. My strut tower was rusting and nobody around the area would do it and it stressed me out i really thought I took a loss on the vehicle I had bought that way. When I contacted Scott he told me he would do it as long as I got the part that was needed! Scott did it for me and did an amazing job! He is very professional and also very knowledgeable. Sent pictures during the work and after the work. If it wasn’t for Scott I don’t know what I would’ve done. “While on a road trip a tire tread hit our bumper and we lost the tow hook cover. Went to Heiser for a replacement and to color match the part. Super simple, order, paint replace. Got a call and they just happened to have the exact part from a repair job just hanging out and they offered it me free of charge. Wow, I was blown away, thank you so much. We've part of the Heiser family since 2015 and have purchased a couple of vehicles from them. Toyota + Heiser = my guys!”
