Muffler fell off my truck half a mile away. He came out to cut it off and took a look at what I needed on site. He called me shortly after with a quote and ordered the new muffler right away.

I brought with me a new taillight I haven’t had time to put on that I ordered and has been sitting in my garage for a month. I said “if you have time, just tack on to what I owe you, if not no big deal.”

Repair was done same day as scheduled. He repaired the taillight too.

My total balance due was less than the quote. I’ve never heard of that in the service industry.

Great experience. I won’t be taking my vehicles anywhere else as long as I’m in town.

“Caliber Collision in Germantown is now the only place I go for body work. Andy and his team always go above and beyond expectations. We have 3 cars and over the years they have been hit by other vehicles, side-swiped, broken into, hit by deer, etc and Andy and his team make everything look like new. The times when the damage was less than my deductible, Andy helped find like new parts from salvage yards to minimize my out of pocket expense and make the repairs affordable without compromising quality or looks. Most recently my 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium was hit by a deer and Andy and his team made the car look new. I cannot recommend this team and location enough, anytime somebody needs body work I always send them Andy's way.”

“I came to this place because when you have that many 5* reviews, you know their great reputation precedes them.

I was quoted $500 at Midas, to replace my outer front tie rods. They told me during my oil change there, that if I didn't do it right away, I would be driving down the freeway one day, and the front end would rise, and then drop down, and I would have a severe crash! Way to scare someone into a sale!

I then called Wright Auto, and he got me in to his shop the following Tuesday (today), and low and behold, I didn't need tie rods at all! I only needed the rubber boot that protects the tie rods, and the cost was 35% of what Midas wanted for the job! WOW.

Staff at desk was friendly but could have communicated better with the service tech so it was done as requested.
