11/'22 My primary care physician, Internist, Otte, works here, and been happy with continuing care following Bruce Boyd, MD's retirement, family practice. Been going here since 2000's, shortly after it opened following Dr. Boyd transferred from Menomonee Falls.The address is Mequon Rd, but their driveway is accessed from River Lane. So, review your GPS or study a map before your appointment.

I agree that everyone in this building is the best. From my primary care who I heard is not accepting new patients because she is so great to the Becky and Deana in PT to all the support staff in scheduling. The facility is clean and the communication is great.What more could you ask for. They don't seem to be shorthanded, so it must be a nice place to work.

I went to Aurora in Germantown to have my cataracts removed in my eye they were phenomenal they were clean they cleaned up everything everything was sterilized and they were the best app you could want so thank you all

Everyone in this building is the best! My appointments, urgent care, services, tests, etc, awesome care. But..... took forever to contact patients for covid shots.

Was very pleased with all the staff and OT Callie Jarosch for my tennis elbow pain. She was amazing with going at my pace and really enjoyed her job as it showed through her passion for it. She is a great listener too. There is Variety of equipment to meet the needs of patients. Highly recommend this facility and the friendly staff who are a part of it.

My experience at Aurora Germantown was unmatched. I met with PA Buth to remove an ingrown toenail. He was friendly, gentle, explained everything, and talked to my husband and I throughout the entire process, explaining what each step was, distracting me from the pain, etc. He was amazing! Best experience I've ever had at the dreaded doctor's office.

The staff and doctors are terrific,. Dr Julie Heyrmann is incredible. She found what my health problem was when numerous other doctors over the years had missed. I would recommend her anyone. There is a lab on site for blood work and they are able to do Xrays on site also. Parking is more than adequate. It's a good place to go.
