Do not use this facility for U haul truck rental. I had truck rental scheduled for a pickup at 9:00am when store opens. i waited until 9:30am and finally called U haul central office. The rep there tried to call owners and no answer. She redirected me to Bloomfield Tire & Auto in Genoa City (about 4 miles away) who were excellent. Stay away from Pauls for Uhaul truck rental. Not reliable enough to open store at specified time or even take phone calls.
