Earlier this month I needed help with account paperwork while my husband was hospitalized. The East Troy branch of Citizens Bank is closest to our home and one of the tellers there, Jeff, was extremely helpful in answering my questions and handling the paperwork. He made a stressful time for me much easier and I appreciate it.

Unhappy with the bank. Employees are rude and their policies are anti-customer. The bank fails to disclose important information to consumers and when they make mistakes, they pass the buck and blame other third party companies.
