Shopped here for years and have almost never had a problem until recently they've started falsely advertising Digital Coupon deals and won't give you them whilst making you feel rushed due to forming lines. They've taken down the self checkouts which would load the coupons by itself and now the last 3 times I've been, I have been conned out of multiple dollars in saving because despite having a Digital Account and accepting the coupons in said account, it refuses to give the deal (most recent example being their 3 for $15 Dr. Pepper 12pk. deal with an extra $2 off with Digital Coupons. I am eligible for the coupons, I accepted them in the app, and got screwed over because either the workers don't know how the register and coupons work, or because the manual checkouts are busted since self checkout never had any coupon problems even if the coupons weren't accepted in the app). It's a great store with mostly awesome workers but the fact that I'm suddenly be treated like an idiot by a worker with a hat and ponytail because of false advertising by the store and a shoddy app nobody wants to use is astounding.

This is a really clean DG and the workers are very friendly, not sure why the other people had "problems" going to this location.

Absolutely horrible customer service! No one at register, so you have to search around, then have the nerve to give attitude when they are asked to help at register. By far the worst DG I've ever been to.

Waited to pay cash for almost 10 min no cashier, found an employee with ear buds in, couldn't hear anyone looking for assistance.... told me to use self checkout, can't use self checkout with cash, then told me I'd have to wait a few more minutes for their help. How terribly sad is that customer service?!

You know I bought an antenna here the guaranteed tons of channels and then I bought a torch lighter a big one they didn't work Brown back immediately couldn't find the receipt they refuse to exchange them can we start credit or anyting they're lazy annoying they don't stock right and no one's ever ever ever at the counter when you need them it disgusts me

8:13am and the store is closed.. I hope the opening staff member is okay. Lights are on and I see a vehicle in the lot. Other than that, it's been just great to wait in the parking lot. Gee, I wish K-Mart was still in business!

The Galesville Wisconsin store#14069 is a complete DISASTER!! What a mess! Carts of merchandise blocking isles all over the store! Products in wrong place, no prices on shelves or the item(charcoal) completely unstoppable!!!!

Very bad ,no consideration for the customer in a hurry, just was there in Gailsville Wis today ,five employees wondering the store aimlessly while I'm at cash register waiting on for five minutes , even after I hollered in store for help.very pathetic if you ask me!!!!!!

Never fully stocked and cannot maneuver a cart through the aisles due to an endless chain of stock piled high in carts. I'd save the hassle and drive a few extra miles to Holmen - you're more than likely not going to find what you need here as it's all still in boxes
