My husband and I just enjoyed a weekend in central Wisconsin, hiking in the Necedah National Wildlife Refuge and on the Ice Age Trail. We were happy to find a great little motel to relax our weary bones after nearly 12 miles of hiking. Inn of the Pines fit our needs: great price, clean room with a jacuzzi tub, great location near our hikes, great restaurant attached (with Friday fish special that was excellent!) The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We will return again and recommend to others. Tell him the "birthday lady" recommended that you stay there.

This place is quirky, attached to a bar.. but it was cool... definitely different, I didn't go to the bar but there was a crowd there. I wouldn't have known unless I walked by the door to grab something out of my car.
Walls are a little thin so if you're going there to bang someone turn the TV up maybe. Room was clean... older building so don't act like you're at a Hilton. The man who was working was very polite and friendly. Overall you can't beat it for the price I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

I’ve been staying here for the past two weeks for school/training. The rooms are nice and clean which is very important to me. The beds are all new and comfortable. The rooms do not smell what so ever and the owners are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a room in this area for a great price and clean then I would highly recommend staying here.

I love to stay here, it’s very clean, the staff is amazing and the beds are amazing. I stayed here for a week and now I am back for the second week in a row; I love it here, I also love the fact a kwik trip is across the street. Overall a 10/10.

Coffee is reburned from days gone past. Motel is run down. Milk for breakfast is clumpy. Very disappointed with service. The restaurant is actually night and day difference to the motel. Restaurant very well kept very well staffed and a pleasure to eat their food was excellent.

2/9/24 - 2/10/24Just gross. There was a stink bug in our room on the drapes. The place smelled funky. The toilets are super small and very low to the floor. The breakfast was embarrassing. Absolutely nothing in the 2 vending machines next to the front desk. There is nobody at the front desk, you have to call a number for them to come out. No incidental charge. Regular keys, not cards. $20 fee if you didn't return them.

Inexpensive and simple.Perfect place to spend the night, if you’re between long distance places, or just need a simple room. Bed was really comfortable, room was warm! The walls are a little thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, bring your earplugs :)Rooms: Very basic and simple. Not very big, but has your essentials, tv, fridge, shower, bed, and internet.

I moved away from the area as a kid, over the last year I've come down many times to visit friends and family and always stop in and stay. The owners of the hotel are extremely friendly and treat me like family each stay. I'm always nervous about traveling alone and having a room to myself, but feel safe here. The place is an older place, but well kept up for the area and the owners are very accomadating. The restaurant attached has amazing food and hospitality, and I always enjoy coming here. Every time I come this way, I'll stop here to stay.
