Terrible service! Not really honest people! We came up to some kind of agreement on the price when I called them, I spoke to a lady and her husband listened when we talked and when my guys got there, he overcharged them, they over paid because the owner was claiming that he didn’t knew the price I had finalized with his wife then when I asked for refund as soon as I found out she gave me big attitude that I even asking for the money back trying to twist our conversation from few days before! Then my guys had to go back home one day earlier so I asked for the refund for that night since they are going back home one day earlier and I still didn’t see the money back and that was almost two weeks ago! No response, my guys called them no response, really bad service! Run away!

Entrance is hard to find, and the place is never well lit even though they have the lights to make it lit. Rooms are small and not well kept even though they are working hard to update the rooms they aren't being kept well. Place is affordable but very accommodating for extended stays. The business owners and staff are very friendly and nice. They make the stay worth it. They also allow the best rates for pet stays, and they are most understanding with multiple pets, and they allow cats. Overall, our stay wasn't bad, but we wish there were more amenities. Internet was not offered to us, and the service in the room is terrible. With that being said, we would stay here again. I would love to see how this place changes and grows in the future to make things better for guests.

I stayed at this motel on 6/2/23-6/4/23 Great experience, clean, affordable, friendly and beautiful surroundings. Owners were very nice. Thank you. Definitely will come back.

Overture : ? polski ss investigatione of pizza..resulted in a fine paid (I paid 10$ ) also as another person wrote as a review this is a complete disconnect from the downtown area and " rat race " the location was perfectly distanced far enough away from the vibrations of a hillbillified society on ' main street ' ..SKIP THE OAK CREST for a completely better experience. The Polish owners have thick accent and the quaint quietude is worth more then any hustle & bustle of' Adams 'Rooms: Love the view from balcony , the log theme making this place seemed like what I want to call it The rustic rooster inn ????? relaxing bath tubsNearby activities: Hillbilly town of Adams .. infested with alcoholics, drinking and driving , also domestics a few meth heads, & to top it off the usual high society cho-mosNoteworthy details: The rooms may not be perfect but it's the location and the quaintness and quietness that is the value

The manager of the hotel is not very nice. They get very angry when u go and ask for anything that u need for ur room. They enjoy blaming others for stuff that was broken or damaged when u arived. People that stay are not allowed to have any fun and have to either stay in there room or go somewhere that isnt on the property and it is not family friendly like the website says!

My parents came out to Adams to visit my wife and I this weekend, and although the staff was very kind over the phone when they arrived things were absolutely abhorrent, disgusting, and unacceptable.The room was a mess, even though they were aware my father is disabled they recommended a room that wasn't accommodating, and it was generally just a poor experience from the moment they walked in. On top of that, instead of attempting to work with my parents or even just be reasonable and offer to refund them, the staff doubled down and my parents are without a room and without their money ON A TWO NIGHT STAY - no refund on either night.Absolutely cannot recommend against this place enough after one experience. Find someplace else, there are tons of really nice, hospitable, and clean places in and around Adams county. Save yourself the headache and stomachache and skip Akorn Inn.Akorn Inn knows who my parents are, and we're willing to give them a 2/5 instead of a 1/5 if they call my parents and refund them for a room they spent less than 5 minutes in, on a two night stay. Either way we're all very disappointed with the service, the location, and the cleanliness, and will not be back.

The owners of motel are awesome people! The rooms are nice. They have a refrigerator and a microwave. The shower has good pressure and nice hot water. It's also a pet friendly motel! Would definitely recommend it to anyone and will definitely be back!
