Excellent service. Had a garage door opener replaced in early 2022, and last week I needed my garage door repaired (roller replaced). Fast friendly service both times at a very reasonable cost. If my garage door ever needs service again I won't even consider calling a different company at this point.

Would not use any one else. Builder originally recommend Freedom overhead doors. 2 years later they just installed brand new doors for me at no cost to me due to a defective door from the manufacturer that is now discontinued. They let me pick out a comparable door and covered the labor charge on the install for new doors. Top notch service, and a company that stands behind there product! They will have a customer for life.

Craig came out to repair our broken garage door spring within a few hours. He was super quick, professional, thorough and friendly. Not only did he replace the spring but he lubed the hinges and spring, tightened the overhead, adjusted the emergency pull and realigned the garage door. He did an amazing job and we were super impressed. He was in and out in less then a half hour. We will always recommend them. Thanks Craig!!

Had my second opener installed today from this company. The installer was very nice and helpful. Programed everything for me and was done in a little over and hour. Only company I will go to for my garage door needs. The door works so much better than the old opener I had.

A pair of nice gentlemen showed up as planned and they immediately tore into the opener on our door. It was LOUD due to wear. These guys replaced the worn sprocket parts, lubed, and checked everything on the door in about 1/2 hour. No part of the entire door system went unmaintained. This door operates as good as new and the whole system is now so quiet. You guys are yhe best!

Called with 3 doors that couldn't open or close after I moved the doors up to pour concrete. They came the same day and had them working better than they ever did.

Our garage door broke of course on a Friday at 4pm. I called to make an appointment for the next week to get it fixed. The person I talked to on the phone said he had a guy coming through from Brillion and he’d have him stop in. 30 minutes later the garage door was fixed! You just don’t get service like this anymore! I would highly recommend Freedom Overhead Door!
