We searched the area for a good quality door with certain features that matched our cedar shake sided home. We landed on Freedom Overhead door. We thought they were great.
2 1/2 years later we had a cable problem. They came out same day ( a miracle) and again provided outstanding service. They’ve exceed our expectations again and again. Service after the sale is outstanding!

They absolutely nailed it. We have an older garage and one of the torsion springs snapped. As it happened, they were able to come out same day and get it replaced. Tech ran into some challenges working on the old garage door, was able to troubleshoot, gave me a call to explain, and was done. Invoicing was super easy and the invoice charges were great.

Freedom Overhead Doors had the parts I needed today, and they even dropped them off this afternoon. My door is working once again. Note that their prices are still similar to the big box stores. I was impressed!

They came an hour or so after I called for help when my garage door spring broke, The two men were super nice and got the replacement done really fast.

Exceptional service! Realized our garage door spring broke at 3:45 PM. I called for service and they made sure our vehicles were not stuck in our garage. They had someone out there by 8 AM the next morning and had it fixed immediately. Not only did they fix the problem at hand, they also did some adjusting and inspected everything else. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service. Had a garage door opener replaced in early 2022, and last week I needed my garage door repaired (roller replaced). Fast friendly service both times at a very reasonable cost. If my garage door ever needs service again I won't even consider calling a different company at this point.

Would not use any one else. Builder originally recommend Freedom overhead doors. 2 years later they just installed brand new doors for me at no cost to me due to a defective door from the manufacturer that is now discontinued. They let me pick out a comparable door and covered the labor charge on the install for new doors. Top notch service, and a company that stands behind there product! They will have a customer for life.
