EXTREMELY poor customer service. I went to this Post Office on two separate occasions with my family and they would not assist us in renewing our passports. Our first visit, Linda told me that she couldn't help me because she had customers. Apparently, we were not considered customers?? And during my 2nd trip to the post office, the gentleman behind the counter told me we needed an appointment because they were so busy as we stood in the lobby alone. Perhaps Fredonia Post Office should consider cancelling their passport service if they are not willing to assist customers with their passports.

Terrible service, will not deliver mail to your mail box even if there's a tiny, tiny, amount of snow next to it. Some days we do not receive mail, even on non-holidays. Lazy. No wonder why USPS is going under.
