“I'm leaving this review for my friend who had a 2014 Lincoln MKS aligned. The job was done professionally and in a relatively short amount of time. The only thing I could say in the negative is that the car was brought in Monday night for a Tuesday morning, 9:00 a.m. appointment. I had mentioned to them when they said that that would be great because I'm a second shifter and I am hoping to get the car back before I go to work at 1:30 p.m. . I called at noon and they haven't even looked at the vehicle. Not a showstopper because I did have alternate transportation. Just a little unsettling. Otherwise the job was done great the car rides perfectly.”
“We're camping at Herrington Beach State Park,and I go to start my 2018 RAM, and the battery is dead. So I checked for service garages and called Belgium Service Center to let them know of my situation and the nice gentleman answering the phone (Mark) told me they have a battery in stock bring it on in. Jumped start the truck, and away I went to get a new battery. Mark was super friendly, and the office was clean and organized with lots of memorabilia to look at. It's very cool ? All in all, it took approximately only 20-30 minutes, and the new battery was in, and we were on our way ? what a awesome Service Center, for them to drop what they're doing, and change out the old battery ? in minutes, to me, that's customer focused quality right there, something you will not find at say,Bergstroms. Thank you very much, Mark, for taking the time to fix my truck ? highly recommend this shop for anyone, plus very reasonable pricing and great service!!!”

Rick said no problem about doing brakes on my 2014 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 with over 600,000 miles. Did it on the appointed day. Picked it up in the evening, went home and looked at what he did. Excellent job! Rick is very personable. I am very pleased and know where I will go next time!”
