Came in to get cash back, told the cashier that, she confirmed I wanted $20. Then it never asked. She rudely asked me why I didn’t select cash back. Even though it never showed up. So I was like okay I’ll grab something else and try again, maybe I did miss it. Then I’m going through and it doesn’t ask again. She then tells me it’s my fault since I am “using your phone to pay”. Like yeah it’s called Apple Pay this is 2024, it’s not unheard of. And instead of offering to void the second transaction or finding a solution, she tells me to “go get a real card and buy something else”. It was an older woman missing teeth. She needs a lesson on 1. How her own register system works 2. Customer service.

Pizza was pretty good, stuff was a bit overpriced, but to be fair, its a convenience store.

Thank you, Betty, for your input and you are correct. I also had an incident with Ericka now the store manager. Ericka needs to learn customer respect. Unfortunately, Ericka has no customer service skills. The Casey staff seems to have huge turn over as well. Possibly Ericka manages staff the same way she treats customers. Casey's is a small community store. Hopefully Corporate can clean it with a new store manager.

We stopped in to pick up a snack and met Alex; he was a pleasure! He was kind, courteous, and helpful! I appreciate companies that hire friendly and hardworking customer service people. We’ll definitely stop in again. Thank you, Alex!

It is 12:27 and the lady that makes the food leaves at 2. So she could not make chicken tenders or anything because she needed to get stuff cleaned. People really need to do their job. This is ridiculous. There was still plenty of time to make food. We also had issues and the pump because the cashier didn’t know how to turn it on. Never will be back here.

Erica is the rudest, most unfriendly clerk I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. She actually gets angry if you ask for a bag or a receipt.

Erica is the rudest, most unfriendly clerk I've ever had to deal with. I go in there multiple times a week and she LITERALLY rolls her eyes and sighs heavily everytime I ask for a bag or a receipt. Which I have to do LITERALLY EVERY TIME she checks me out.

Lots of choices here, to many decisions lolThey have a pretty decent rewards program. Stores are clean. Customers are polite and handsome. Will shop here again. Pizzas are fairly good as well!
