We purchased our house 2 years ago and the prior people had been using Lakes Gas so we decided to use them as well. I'll be honest looking at the reviews I'm not sure what was going on 6+ years ago but we have had nothing but AWESOME service. I had lived in the city before and had never used propane before so I had a lot of questions and every time I call no matter who answers the phone they are patient and kind. They also take time to explain how things work and when I'm budgeting how many gallons I need over the winter for the pre-buy they have been a great resource to talk to.We also rented a 250 tank to heat the garage when we bought the house. The installation went really smooth and again the people who came out to install and run lines were fast efficient and answered any questions we had. When we had our first re-fill we had learned that when you have multiple tanks on your property and your doing the pre-buy you are going to want to make sure to specify that and I think I totally missed that part when we were initially setting things up. But when I called and talked with these guys they were super understanding and updated their system and billing so the new tank was billed at the pre-buy price, which was cheaper.I can't remember the two ladies I always talk to but I want to say Dawn or Donna and there is another young lady I seem to talk to all the time but for the life of me I can't remember her name but both have been excellent to work with. Honestly because of them there is NO WAY I would switch companies.
