Supposedly, they load by appointment, but it doesn't matter if you are on time or not. Do not pick up here unless you have 3-4 hours to kill while waiting for product to be made. And they will keep telling you what you want to hear, but loading will be slow. Avoid unless desperate.

People are nice but the loading time is too long. Already here for 2hrs 30 mins and not loaded yet.
