“I chose to go to Tilsner after I was estimated over 4 grand to fix cosmetic damages by insurance. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! All around great customer service, communication and attention to detail. The team here definitely has your back as a customer, unnecessary and costly replacement pieces that weren’t damaged yet still flagged were left fine as is, that money went towards what my car really needed at the time. I cant imagine how much I’d have missed out on if I went anywhere else! Got my car back better than expected, freshly detailed even some cookies on my way out.

“Last Thursday one of my tires on my car went flat on the interstate. At the closest exit I pulled into Ochs Auto Body shop. The gentleman in the shop quickly and cheerfully assisted me by replacing the damaged tire with my spare. He truly saved the day and I am forever grateful!”

“My Jeep was the subject to a hit and run, I only had it for 3 months, I was so upset. It took me a year to get her fixed. We were going into winter and I work in Illinois so I wanted my Jeep. Once Spring came i wanted to do my due diligence and get some estimates, this proved to be more difficult than I imagined. Turns out Body shops work the exact same hours that I do, so getting her in for estimates wasn't easy. The last place I contacted was A-1. When I explained my situation the man on the other end of the line asked me where I lived, I told him and this man offered to come to my house to take the pictures needed for the insurance company. That was the moment I knew that I found my body shop. THAT is what customer service looks like. They have a wait because they are booked out and i now understand why. I missed my first drop off appointment because i dont listen to my voicemails and i was in Colorado when i was supposed to drop it off. When i called and explained the man was VERY understanding and just scheduled another frop off day.IOnce I got my Jeep there for the repairs she needed, I was told it would be done on Thursday. Not only was she ready for pick up on Thursday, the gentleman went over my paperwork, repairs, and warranty. Very thorough. One i got in my Jeep to leave, i was next level amazed. Not only was the body work and paint job flawless, they had detailed the inside of my Jeep. She looked and smelled like new again. When i went back in to thank them again the man very humbly said it's just something we donor our customers. On a scale of 1-10 A-1 Auto Body in Racine is a 50!!! The people at this body shop, are kind, they communicate with you every step of the way, they are understanding and most importantly to me they understand customer service. That is saying something in a world where it is near impossible to find customer service. I felt appreciated for choosing them and now I appreciate them. I will never take a vehicle anywhere else. Thank you A-1 for putting the customer first. I will be singing your praises to anyone who will listen.”
“I had my 2011 Toyota Tacoma serviced at 290,000. My technician Richie throughly checked out my vehicle. He changed the oil, rotated the tires and topped off the fluids. I recommend Starr’s Auto repair. I have over 290,000 miles on my vehicle and by having it serviced by Starr’s Auto repair I expect at least another 200,000 miles on it.”

“Rod's does awesome work and has great customer service. They were willing to problem solve and fix a cable that separated from my hood latch. A 10 minute fix that Ziegler Honda claimed would require 1000+ repair if they could get the parts. They've done paint work for me in that past and I'm always satisfied.”
