My wife and I deal with the staff at this post office quite frequently and they have been nothing but friendly, helpful, and patient with both us and other customers. I just feel like the staff deserve a bit of recognition for consistently delivering great service!

I had a piece of certified mail that I waited days for it. They kept missing me, I figured I would get a note in the mail to come and pick it up from the post office. Never got any notice of attempted delivery. Finally I get a notification on the tracking information it was delivered to my neighbor by MY request. I did not authorize or sign to have it delivered anywhere else. Never even went to one of my neighbors! It was an extremely important piece of mail I almost lost! Extremely disappointed.

I've had nothing but good experiences at this post office. The same gentleman is always working when I have been there in the evenings and he is friendly, good natured, and helpful!

Very rude staff. Will not let you pickup package unless you a physical ID with you. Told them had to pick up an order and they wouldn’t let me without and ID even when had the signature slip.

After moving here a month ago I’m still not receiving my mail in a timely manner like I used too up north. I don’t know if they are short on postal carriers or just slow in general but it’s really frustrating. If this doesn’t improve fast I may have to call on the pony express for help!!

I live in Whitnall Park Apartments. We couldn’t access our mailbox due to a broken key for a week. We explained this to the post office and STILL A MONTH LATER they are bouncing my mail back to sender. My tax forms. Important things I need. They just can’t get it right. And they say they are looking into it that was a week ago and still not a single envelope. Hope you like subpar Mail service if you move to Franklin.

This post office has some patient, hard-working, staff! I stopped in to do a work errand and the card reader was down (apparently at all stores). I made my way back to my car and a staff member knocked on my door window to let me know the card reader was back up. He came all the way outside to my car to let me know, saving me a trip. He didn't have to do that but he wanted genuinely to help me out. My visit was fast and noticed a lot of patience the staff showed. Customer service of any kind is never easy, and sometimes USPS offices don't have all the resources/staff they should have (not staff's fault). Be patient and kind!
