This branch is very service oriented. Hillary saved me the hassle of making several phone calls by handling all my needs efficiently & pleasantly right at her teller window.

My daughter was notified some fraudulent activity had taken place on her account.Us bank Caught the fraud and stopped any money from being taken. The following weekend my daughter came home from college to get a new card she had ordered. When trying to activate new card we were informed we needed to close account and open a new one . So Saturday morning we headed to our local branch without an appointment and the teller informed us the banker was completely booked for the day and I would need to make an appointment for another day or check a different branch. Just then a door opened .It was Hillery B. She was more than happy to make time for us and sneak us in between her scheduled appointments. She had the old accounts closed and the new one’s open in minutes. I would highly recommend this branch and HILLERY B. For any and all of your banking needs. Great Customer Service!!!

This branch “lost record” of a $965 check in March and refused to check security camera footage to see what happened to it. Hillary and Christina said I needed the exact date and dollar amount of the check before they would check the security camera. My boss accused me of stealing and I almost lost my career over this. I finally got the date and dollar amount, but they say it is “case closed” and they refuse to even look for or investigate the missing check. My online banking and mobile banking account were hacked and I have been on the phone with for hours with the fraud department and online banking department everyday for the last week, but I am still locked out. They had to replace all my cards and change all my account info because my account was compromised. When I called yesterday they said it could take 72 hours or maybe over 30 days. I went in to withdraw $1000, Hillary the Branch Manager ran the transaction receipt in front of me, then said I am locked out and did not give me the cash. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THE CHECKING ACCOUNT WAS AVAILABLE BECAUSE THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT TOLD ME ITS AVAILABLE AND I CAN STILL USE MY DEBIT. They called me rude and tried to instigate a fight with me. Christina lied to me about a credit card and sold me their worst card while I already have a platinum and it crashed my credit score. I asked them to take back the junk card but they said no matter what it would crash my credit further. They refuse to answer any questions about my credit score.Edit: I finally got access to my mobile banking account. I asked them to ensure that the history of my checking account wouldn’t be deleted, but it was. I requested the credit application for the junk card because Christina falsely reported my employer to Transunion and I was wondering if there was anymore errors on this application. The fraud department supervisor told me to write a letter to a PO Box and then to take it up with their subpoena department.Edit: Now I’m on the line with the district manager and he says checks get lost sometimes. I just got an angry phone call from my boss demanding his check back after the district manager said he would clear things up. Anybody know a good lawyer for this? I want to get my money out before they hack me again and Hillary prevented me from withdrawing my money last time.Edit 7/8/21: District manager is unresponsive and sent me the wrong checking account history. He told me he would remove the hard inquiry for the junk credit card and restore my checking history but he hasn’t and won’t reply. My Transunion credit score has tanked from 741 even though I pay my bills on time and have paid $1400 in excess of the monthly charge on my credit card within the past month and I can’t get any explanation. My experian credit tanked to 674. I had to quit my employers because this branch ruined my reputation with the lost check and refuses to investigate. They denied me a personal loan with a 741 credit score while I was living in a hotel in an emergency situation, and now my credit is ruined without explanation and I have had to loan from family. Avoid this bank like your life depends on it. I was pushed from the suburbs to living in an apartment in downtown Milwaukee and I’ll have to work for the rest of my life to restore my perfect credit because of them.

Trisha was very personable & knowledgeable too! Even though it’s a bigger bank, it had all the personalized attention of a hometown bank!

I have my business accounts with US Bank and they are great to work with! They provide personal service (which is very rare today). Joshua Moore, the branch manager is always willing to answer questions. I highly recommend US Bank for both business and personal accounts.

From the first visit I knew this was going to be a great bank for my new business adventure. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I was there to meet with Josh Moore, the branch manager, to discuss some networking opportunities. We bounced a lot of ideas off each other, and then I learned about what amazing programs they have for small businesses. It made me switch from my previous bank of over 10 years! Josh and his team are always looking for ways to solve your problems and be more involved with the local community and it's business owners. Thank you for your fantastic services!

New Account Nightmare- This is my first time ever writing a business review and have given this branch opportunity to resolve my issues. I am so disappointed in our first month with the Franklin branch of US Bank. We established 3 accounts with personal banker, Nick. During the initial meeting Nick informed us that business check deposits clear within 24 hours, which was great, because our former bank took about 3 days. During the meeting he had to shut down his computer numerous times due to tech issues, which pushed our time past bank close at 5pm, so we rushed through signing all of the disclosures and just tried to get through between technology malfunctions. ISSUE #1 When our debit cards came they were not the design we selected(1st world problem, so we didnt care). My wife began to set up her card online and it would not work and we could not establish a pin to withdraw $ using her card. We went back and waited 30 minutes to speak with Nick. He could not figure out the issue and had the assistant manager try as well. We even walked out to the ATM to see if we could work out the issue, with no luck. Again, it was closing time, so Nick said "sometimes these things work themselves out the next day" and he would call us first thing in the morning to sort it out. We recieved no call from Nick and decided to stop in the Muskego branch the following evening. They advised us that they prefer we continue to work with our personal banker, but had someone see us briefly. She was able to figure out the issue in less than a minute- because I am the primary account holder, my card needed to be set up first, before my wife's. ISSUE #2 We deposited a business check on July 2. On July 5th we began using debit card to access the money, prior to an out of state vacation. When we arrived to our destination my wife noticed online that the check had not cleared and we had 9 overdraft fees. I called Nick and he was perplexed. I recalled our 24 hour check clearing conversation, which he again confirmed, and he apologized and said he felt terrible. He said that I should call him when I know all of the overdrafts were accounted for and he would reverse the fees. I called the branch upon returning from vacation and Nick was busy, so I spoke with assistant manager. I shared the issues expecting her to say that they would now honor our refund of nearly $400 in overdraft fees. Instead, after she consulted with Nick, stated that "Nick recalls telling you that it takes more time than 24 hours for business checks to clear for new accounts". And, "it is interesting, because Nick does not have the authority to reimburse overdraft fees, so he should not have said that". I recalled everything that happened, and that I felt Nick was lying. She said her branch manager, Josh, would return my call when he returned from vacation. I recieved a call from manager, Josh, four days later. I explained everything that happened, and he too, said he did not have the authority to refund overdrafts, but could offer protection against it happening in the future. I told him that I was lied to twice by Nick, and in 20 years of banking have never had an overdraft fee, and I simply wanted a refund. He told me that he will "note the issue on Nick's performance evaluation and call corporate to see what he could do". He also noted overdraft info was in the disclosures we signed on day 1, so this is legally binding. The following day I called corporate and was refunded in whole after sharing my experience. I am fine with paying for making a mistake, but in this case was most sickened by being lied to and misinformed, all while being brand new customers. Through all of my conversations, I was calm and polite, yet made to feel like they were helpless to help me. At no time did someone pause, and consider how bad of an experience this had become. TERRIBLE PROFFESSIONALISM! Spare yourselves, please. If anything go to a different branch. I am struggling to trust an organization with my family's money, if they are tolerating t
