The man at the front desk was extremely helpful and informative. He didnt get upset or frustrated when I asked him questions and he was all around such a kind soul. I really love this location and its my first time coming here.

I came because I purchased a vehicle from Carvana and I had one week to get it inspected which they covered if it was one of their authorized locations. Tires Plus was. Cory helped me. Very professional and informative, never any sales pressure. Told me that my air filter was reusable and if I took my vehicle anywhere else not to let them charge me for new one. Because of his customer service, I started coming here for my oil changes. Recently, he said my key fob cover was loose and needed replacing and if I ordered one off Amazon I could swing by and he would swap it out. He did just that! What great customer service. I would really recommend them. Always hassle-free, pressure-free, fast and convenient service.

When I called they were very helpful to get me in right away, since my tire was flat. Once there for my 1:00 appointment, they took my car right away and it was fixed in about 30 minutes! Very friendly.

Our toyota prius was flashing a service message right as we were about to drive to South Dakota on a Saturday night. We decided to get a hotel in Madison and try to find a service shop Sunday Morning. Like a miracle the Tires plus was open and only 3 blocks away from our hotel. We brought the car there, they called us a few hours later and told us what the problem was and that we could safely drive back home to Milwaukee. The best part is there was NO CHARGE! We SO APPRECIATE THIS PLACE! THANK YOU SO MUCH TIRES PLUS EAST MADISON, YOU ARE THE BEST!

Had a screw in a tire, and needed to get it fixed asap. Took the tire in, and they were able to fit me in their busy schedule, being one of a few open on Sunday, and get it patched up. Very cool to know this place and Firestone tire and auto, are the same company as well. Craig was extremely helpful and honest, with great customer service. The place is brand new with a spacious waiting room. Will be back again.

Went for a simple tire rotation and walked in since online it said they had multiple different openings during the day just to be told they can’t fit me in for 5 more days. Fix the availability so I don’t have to waste my time.

I arrived for my 4:00pm appointment and was immeadiately greeted upon walking in the door. Counter person was friendly and did not pressure me into any services I did not want(loved that!). Place was so clean for an auto shop. 4 tires mounted and installed and I was out the door in less than an hour! SUPER satisfied with this store and staff! I will be back! Thank you!
