Target in Franklin, Wi. is my favorite store to shop. Josh at the self checkout was friendly and helpful. Even through out the store I found employees helpful.

Giving this target 1 star because of an employee named ‘Mark’. I never had a bad experience at any target store until today. Target is usually known for their best customer service and professionalism. This person Mark lack both.

Why are the elderly people that shop here so hateful? They treat these poor workers horribly and get away with it. Target should offer more protection for their employees from those kind of people.

Used to be my go to store for clothes. Haven't found anything to wear at Target for about 5 years. Definitely don't spend nearly as much as I used to there. Probably a good thing!

No matter how many times I go into this store it is always clean , staff is friendly. The shelves are always stocked. Infact the workers are always stocking it seems, lol . And they almost always have what I'm looking for. I love that the layout of every target is basically the same so you know where your going no matter what store you are in.

The online app was so easy to find my items and place the order. Clicking to indicate I'm on my way was excellent. The staff was friendly and quick to arrive at my car. I will use this app for ordering again.

I usually do car pick up and I understand they are busy but they always slam my trunk very hard! Having a nice and expensive car, I don’t appreciate them slamming. I do have to say most interactions with some of the workers are friendly, some need a course in customer service.
