Such rude bakery workers. Never seen such pathetic excuses for customer service in my life. Had multiple horrible experiences now when placing personal orders and pick ups, will never return. Nobody wants to be talked to or treated like a child simply because they want to order from your bakery. Nobody at their bakery station wanted to take my order in person either. Another location it is.

I absolutely love the scan and go feature on the app. I go to this location several times a month, and it's always clean. The employees are very helpful, and I love it when they have free samples, so I can try it before I buy it. They have the Just Bare chicken tenders there for an outstanding price, and they have some of the best prices on bulk grocery items, like their prepackaged spring mix, which has double the amount of the Pick-N-Save spring mix, and it'shalf the cost. I can't believe how much money I have saved on food and drinks since I started shopping at Sam's.

Love shopping there. But why couldn’t they answer the phone the multiple times I’ve called up there ? It’s a bit unprofessional to just ignore the call x3. Also stop sending junk emails. Only send the ones that matter(receipts and renewal information)

This was my first trip to this location. Most of the items were easy to locate and we were in and out fairly quickly. We purchased 4 cased of water, a variety pack of cupcakes( we are test testing them for our wedding and heard good things) and chocolate covered pomegranate seeds. We used a flatbed because of the water. WE waited in line for less than five minutes and it took less than 30 seconds to complete the transaction.
We were then scolded by an older lady that flatbeds were not allowed in self checkout and we would have to go to a different register. After telling her we were already finished she said "Don't do that next time." We were confused as others had 60 items in their carts next to us and we did not see a sign stating flatbeds were not allowed.
I'm unsure I will ever go back to this location if I don't just cancel my membership outright.

Never more than 1 staff at the cash register, always either running out of hot food or you can’t buy a whole pizza for some ridiculous excuses. Fountain drink machines is always broke, need to clean up the place, it is very dirty
