Clean gym. Friendly staff
My only recommendation - put a sign by your rear fire exit asking members NOT to block the door with equipment. It’s a safety issue!

This Planet Fitness location is excellent. I have no complaints EXCEPT that most of the employees behind the counter could use a PERSONALITY. They are rarely friendly, some don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in the door — they just scan your phone & send you on your way. The guy with the long hair always looks lost & you can barely understand him as he talks so quiet. Please find some employees that are enthusiastic & actually enjoy coming to work. It would be a wonderful change to see!

The customer service and management are terrible. I called last month to cancel my membership over the phone because this location is disgusting and smells like garbage. The person on the phone asked me to come to the location, but I couldn't. So, I asked her to cancel it, and she said it was done. Yesterday, I was charged $25 for my membership. I contacted them three times to speak with the manager, but the manager was never at the location. Now they are asking me to send a letter to cancel the membership. Why wasn't I informed of this before being charged again for this month? Scammers!!

I recently had a very bad experience with this gym. The lady who I think is the manager at this facility, she denied the use of the massage chair to my guest. We have been going to Planet fitness for more than 2 years now and has never been denied use of amenities to the guest. Fact is we have been told when we took the membership that black card members are eligible to bring guests and guests get to use all the amenities. That's the reason we took this membership. If this is the rule why weren't we told about it before? And the lady was saying that the guest get to use the facility, so spa is not the part of it? And where is the policy that says guests cannot use the amenities?
I even saw the same lady talking rudely to some other member too, who was confused with which tanning room to use.
