“My name is Steve Lin.Recently I visited REIS twice, for oil change and for a major repair (starter was broken). I had a great experience all around. All the people work there were friendly. They were very honest and were fairly priced. About six years ago, I tried to replace a battery by myself. It looked very simple but turned out to be a trouble. I broke a mounting screw and couldn't remove the broken screw. I drove to REIS. Duane quickly fixed it and didn't charge me. (But I insisted to pay for labor cost). They are very nice, very friendly. I highly recommend REIS Auto to everyone.”

Pulled up on 12-11-23 at around 1:20pm didn’t catch the guy’s name but he was super nice and he got it done in less than 2 minutes . Quickest most pleasant visit I’ve ever had ! “They handled my oil change timely. I requested they check my battery, they did and got me a battery within 1 hour. My tire pressure light kept coming on they found the problem and replaced the sensor. Everything was complete within 1 and 1/2 hour. Great job!”

Welk's hasn't missed a step since changing ownership a few years back, nor since changing location. They recently were able to help save a family road trip, as two days before we were to leave my AC suddenly failed. “Someone gave me a car and there are mechanic works that needs to be done. My friends referred me to Jiffy Lube and I will never regret going here to get all the care and works for my car. T is so professional and kind. They go extra mile to their clients. “We were a bit nervous to try a new automotive shop, especially for something that we knew would be costly. I was blown away by how amazing this place is. They called us and informed us of what was wrong with my wife’s SUV. They gave us a price and an expected time. They were spot on! Cost was great, and they finished the work when they said they would. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. When we picked up her SUV, the staff was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for all your automotive needs. They do emissions as well, which I was unaware of.”
