Back again. This time my own fault driving a low clearance car on “road” that was only fit for 4x4 trucks. Hammered a rock and cracked my oil pan in two places. Dwayne and his mechanic did a great job replacing it. And they were quite good-humored about all the oil that leaked out while they waited on the new part to arrive. Thx again!!”

“I had a sudden tire issue on the highway and was incredibly relieved to find Luckeys! They took me in immediately and identified the problem within minutes. The technician who assisted me was absolutely fantastic! He offered to order new tires, but they wouldn't arrive until the next morning, and I needed to return to Chicago that day. He discussed my options and the risks associated with each choice. When I decided it would be best to finish my trip on a spare rather than risk a tire burst, he changed my tire for me. He even placed the spare on a towel to keep my car clean—a considerate gesture from a fellow girl dad. I highly recommend Luckeys for their quick and caring service.”

“I had an amazing service with the guys who performed my oil change, I accidentally pulled in to park in their lot early in the morning (empty parking lot) I wanted to go get my oil change and was honked at and yelled at through the window by a woman working in the office.. everytime I go here it’s a good experience besides the few interactions I’ve had with the office employees, every time has been negative. I’m not one to go writing anything negative because I do believe people have bad days but the yelling and honking and pointing at me in an empty parking lot was really a lot first thing in the morning.”
