“I can't say more kind words about Jovo who helped me today and getting the opportunity to watch him help other customers as they came in. He is patient, calm and has the customers best interest in mind to make them happy.
I was in there for 3 hours today dealing with an issue I had been struggling with for months and probably spent 10 hours on the phone with no success. He worked with me as we got bounced around from department to department to explain the issue until it was finally resolved. All while maintaining patience and helping out other customers with efficiency as they came through the door. His ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining a calm presence is very comforting. Everyone I witnessed walked in left extremely happy, and so did I. Great stuff to see!”
