If I could rate this store 0 I would supervisor and manager was very rude today . we ordered pictures they wasn’t ready due to high demand which is understandable but she lacked professionalism when I began to ask why didn’t my confirmation say it was same day pick up with an estimated time to be ready ? She called her manger they began to turn their backs to me . I felt very discriminated because we were black no one was in this store I explained that we had a 40 minute drive . She couldn’t accommodate us and was rude

The worst experience at a CVS ever. If you want to face racism and discrimination this is the store for you. The staff lacks common courtesy and compassion needed to service customers. I wouldn’t trust them with my medicinal or any other needs in the future. STAY AWAY..
I wish google brings the 0 star feature for stores like this one. PATHETIC!!!

Pharmacy cashier and Manager are not professionals and seem to have issues with people of color. They slam their corporate office when asked for standardized procedure across board to avoid discrimination. Yet they easily try to enforce non approved guidelines and made up on the fly procedures that are different from customer to customer. Discrimination Lawsuit waiting to happen with such employee and manager who supports things not standardized by corporate office and made up on the fly by the employee. Manager has no professional training to deal with a customer brining up an issue. Sadly another person of color experienced conflict with the same manager. Wonder how many more. This is mere coincidence that I shared this with my friend and sadly she had a similar disservice
experience with the same manager. Highly encouraging her to call the corporate office.
Not our choice for Pharmacy.

The store is ok but the pharmacy is terrible. I received a text saying my prescription was ready and when I got to the store they didn't have a record of it. I showed them my text and they could not figure it out and I had to have my doctor resend the prescription. Then another time I called to check on the status of a prescription because it said in process for 2 days and they tell my they were waiting for me to confirm it before filling it!!! I wouldn't have my doctor send it to them if I didn't want it filled and they never called me to confirm, I could have been waiting indefinitely if I hadn't called.

DO NOT use this CVS for your prescriptions. They just stopped filling my prescription without warning, and they've given me no alternative, I've had to completely switch over to Walgreens. Just use Walgreens, don't bother with CVS.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. I've had only positive interactions with all. I drive 8 miles out of my way to come here. Love the dog treat program.

The pharmacist, Sara, was a total lifesaver. I had run out of my prescription and was very scattered/upset about it. Sara was professional and incredibly understanding of my feelings and did everything she could to help get my prescription filled quickly. I am extremely grateful to her and thoroughly appreciate her assistance and kindness.

The pharmacist gave me & charged me for someone else's Rx. When I alerted him, he got angry that I held onto the bogus receipt. There are too many CVS pharmacies in the area for him to be that rude about his OWN error.
