$20 CVS price versus $5.99 from other in-network pharmacy. Without a fuss I got the prescription at a lower cost, same 60-day supply. Got rid of an arrogant Manager, who tried to intimidate me and this is the same Manager (who touted her Master's degree) that I have dealt with back in July and very recent, and then got fussy when I asked about my cost share. It looks like people of your kind wanted to show Laurel on you head. Please improve and humble yourself.

The wait at the drive through pharmacy was unbelievable! I will never go back because it took almost 20 mins to get through three cars!

The pharmacy employees are literally the most brainless people I've ever met. They say "you should have called instead of driving over here to see there's no refills". B**** I called all this week and I've always been left on hold for 15-20 minutes. Nobody ever answers, or follows any sense of direction whatsoever. Just a bunch of bimbos twirling their hair and chewing bubble gum. I hate you!!!

They kept me waiting at the counter for 45 minutes unattended. And this is through their drive through. I see people inside who never bothered to come to the window to help.

Medication pricing is affordable but they got rid of good staff and now customer service is lacking. I used to come in there and was on a 1st name basis with pharmacists and staff, now they are rude, prescriptions aren't being filled in a timely matter or even at all. Called in my sons prescription and wasn't ready for 3 days and calling 3 times. Not good practice to have. Hope it gets better and miss the old staff.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They are super slow and the customer service has become absolutely terrible. I waited inside for 25 minutes while they had five people working in the pharmacy only to have them tell me they lost my prescription. I decided to give them another chance and went to the drive-thru to pick up my medication. I sat at the window for almost 20 minutes without one person even coming to take care of me. And I saw the pharmacist look out the window at me. I understand it's a trying time anywhere with healthcare right now but they need to get it together. At least apologize for the wait or acknowledge people that are waiting.

I was on hold on the phone with the pharmacy for 1 hour, and hung up the phone because I couldn't believe the wait was that long. I re-called the front desk, and asked why it was taking so long, and the manager said it's because they're busy serving other customers. I asked if I could have her ask the pharmacist a question, and she said I would have to wait on the phone again. Absolutely terrible customer service, and really have never had great service with them in the past 12 months.

I've been to this CVS a few times and Samantha is always my cashier. She's so nice & friendly! Plus, I always use a bunch of CVS coupons with no problems. This store is very clean and organized too! I'll contniue to go to this CVS.

Even though this is the closest drug store to me, I rarely go here because everything is overpriced unless they have coupons/deals with it. I just went for necessities on things they had coupons and specials on except that it didn't take off the coupon I had clipped from the CVS website. Instead of being able to amend my purchase, they told me there was nothing that they could do in store and I would have to call customer service. After waiting 20 minutes on hold with customer service, I was told that it wasn't their issue and they could give me the coupon amount as a courtesy in my account but that they don't know why they couldn't help me at the store level. There is a serious disconnect with how they deal with issues and treat their customers. I will do my best to avoid going here again. It' not worth the headache.
