Doesn’t warn you of wait times when you check in, signing in online doesn’t save your spot even when it states tell us when you’re coming, and staff gives attitude when asking where you are on their “list”. I get emergencies happen but warn patients coming in hey your wait time is over an hour and a half. Or disable the ability to check in online. There is no reason why it took an HOUR to get a text past my check in time that they are running late. Figured that one out on my own.

My labor experience was terrible, even my whole pregnancy team was terrible ( during my pregnancy i had dificulty performing as good as i did when i was skinny and not pregnant in my job as i eas nearing 7 months and was getting big, i was told to get an excuse from my doctor if pregnancy is really the cause of me slowing down when i went to my appointment the nurse was 1 hour late and on top of that when i asked her about the e,cuse she said pregnancy is not a disability maybe youre just being lazy and I cant give you an excuse for that) I went with aurora on 92nd those nurses were jerks, i only chose this hospital because I was told they had the best service and room to rest but even during my labor my nurse team were beign jerks and my team was not supportive at all and i did a natural birth and it was my first time giving birth and all i got was a nurse telling me to stop exagerating with my pain and giving me the bombastic side eye and telling me not to scream during birth like girl shut up. Worst experience do not recommend, the rooms are good though. If you want a good supportive team dont choose this hospital.

I I would never ever in my life recommend this place to go to for anybody they are liars and they don't do what they're supposed to do especially when my doctor told them that they wanted me to get a chest x-ray and they said that they were waiting for covid-19 test results back and they took the test from me but a minute later they told me I was positive after telling me it would take an hour to get results they never did the chest x-ray and so I had to call my primary care physician at Ascension and she ordered a chest x-ray now they found something and I have to go in for a CT scan I am definitely going to be filing a malpractice lawsuit

1) made an appointment2) 2 hrs before appointment I get a call from a rude girl cancelling my appt. No reason.3) I now have out of pocket expenses4) this was my First Appt here ;(5) no contact info was given for the manager of the location, girl says she doesn’t know?

Have not found most doctors to be effective. If you have any issues, your primary care physician will not help you. They will send you to a specialist right away and it takes forever to get into these specialists because they do not have enough. They don't care if you're in pain. They just want you to pay for two office visits vs. one that your primary care physician should have helped you with in the first place. For example, I thought I had a sinus infection. I was told I had to go to an ENT. Couldn't the primary ordered the cat scan on my sinus? No she wouldn't do it and I waited 6 weeks to get into the ENT to see if I had a sinus infection.

Dr Clark is not a good Dr. Never go there again. I got bill for his 2 mins visit. In that visit he came in told me how u doing and than ok see you next month, that's what he do I guess. I have to pay 142dollars just to sit there for 2 mins

Terrible facility with terrible staff, rude, ignorant people. When you have an urgent request they don't give a $h*t at all. I will never ever come back to any Aurora facility. 3rd world type of treatment in USA!

I left another location to come to this one because of the poor Dr/ patient care. Upon establishing myself I felt respected, all my questions and concerns were addressed and cared about. I won't be returning to the other location. I'm very pleased with this one.

Rural ! Build it they will come? This is a modern facility, aire and open. Parking was somewhat near the entrance....Perhaps the architect wanted to promote health through required exercise....I meet with my Podiatrist here. Enjoy the quality of Aurora customer service, and the ease of the process. Uncomplicated, relaxed, and complete lack of drama. It is quite casual and people are readily available to assist you without the accustomed wait, and patience one experiences in the City.Please thumbs up if you like this review...

The person doing the test took her time checking the temp and failed me on purposed this was a ill intention action. Ask for a different location never go here or you will be sabotage.
