Terrible customer service! Terrible approach with insurance coverage, benefits, and lack of willingness to help. Lack of professionalism and integrity-meaning they will lie and change their mind/approach without any accountability.

I have gone to this location when it was Premier vision and continued when it became myeyedr. In December 2023 I went for an eye exam after not having one since the pandemic. I was struggling with my vision, eye strain, and headaches and thought that I needed a prescription update.
I purchased RGP lenses through the office. The first pair felt good in my eyes, headaches got worse, and I could not see well. We then did this three more times. Each time seeing a little better but I still was not seeing well. Dr. Stern told me that I should only expect the contacts to work and assist with vision about 85% of the time as the contacts could not correct it well enough for all of the distances. She also told me to lower my expectations of what I should be able to see as I was not going to have the same vision as I had in the past due to having to get multifocal contacts. I ended up wearing the contacts about half the time as I could never see well enough to read with them. The last visit was in March 2024.
In August 2024 I decided to get a second opinion from a different optometrist as I was still not seeing well and I had headaches. I was diagnosed with cataracts. This is something that should have been found on a routine eye exam. Especially as I went back so many times trying to get the contacts correct.
I have since had cataract surgery for both eyes and I am now seeing 20/20. There are multiple things that I was told by this Dr. that have been proven to be false information and I cannot recommend this business.

All the staff are friendly and helpful! Dr Stern takes the time to make small adjustments to my contacts prescription as needed. Good experience!

I have been completely satisfied with MyEyeDr. The personnel is friendly and helpful and thorough. The selection for prescription glasses is terrific, and the wait time is minimal. My warranties have been exceptional!

I had an eye and contact lens exam on March 6th. I received my prescription for eyeglasses and contacts. A trial pair of contacts was ordered. I utilized this facility because it is a network provider for my private pay, commercial insurance, Common Ground. I took the eyeglass prescription to my out-of-network, preferred provider and had lenses replaced in multiple pairs of glasses that belonged to my mother who passed away on May 30, 2023. When they came back and I tried them on at the preferred optometrist's office, I immediately experienced a throbbing headache and double vision. The optometrist observed how distraught I was. She looked at the prescription and was astonished at the extreme exchange from previous prescriptions. I booked an appointment with my regular optometrist the next day, paying out of pocket. She conducted a much more thorough exam than that experienced at your facility and confirmed that the optometrist at your facility, Dr. Heather Stern, issued the wrong prescription, thereby engaging in malpractice. My regular optometrist ordered new lenses for my deceased mother's frames with the correct prescription at no additional charge. A trial pair of contacts was ordered with the correct prescription as well. They returned within a week and they are perfect! I have received multiple pairs of glasses and my trial contact lenses from my preferred facility already. To date, I have yet to receive trial pairs from your facility, which will be incorrect based on the misdiagnoses by Dr. Stern. I will contact Common Ground Cooperative and inform them of this gross negligence at our shareholder's meeting in Green Bay in April. I paid $189 out of pocket for the $434 charged for my visit on March 6th at your facility. I paid $155 for my second eye exam which assisted me in ascertaining Dr. Stern's misdiagnosed prescription. I want a refund of all out-of-pocket expenses incurred associated with my visit to your facility as well as costs incurred to receive a correct prescription after Dr. Stern's misdiagnosis. Please issue me a $344 check. I will also be leaving an online review of my experience along with multiple others who have expressed concerns about incorrect prescriptions, delays in receiving eyeglasses/contacts, and the poor performance of Dr. Stern.

Worst experience ever! My appointment was was with Dr Heather Stern and it was canceled at the last minute without any notice or any message. There was no email or no text message left. My time was wasted. I am never going to this place or to Dr Heather Stern as her behavior was very disappointing and unprofessional.0/10 experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Never going back... The only good thing about this place was Lana and that's about it. The doctor was very harsh and she seemed like I was a bother to her. I was fitted for glasses because the doctor threatened to take my contacts away so I paid over $230 for them. When I received my glasses, I had them on for 2-3 weeks and stopped because my eyes couldn't adjust to them properly and I kept walking into the walls. When I called the front desk about this and so I could get my money back to buy contacts instead. I was told that the manager would call me about returning the glasses, however, that was almost a week ago and no one had called and now I'm pretty sure it's past the return policy, which makes me think that they did this on purpose. At this point, I would rather drive 9 hours back home to see my other eye doctor than driving 10 minutes to see this one.0/10 I highly DO NOT recommend.

I had an appointment scheduled for 8am. The text reminder said to arrive 10 minutes early. I arrived and the door was locked and the lights were off. The Dr. and the front desk person finally rolled up around 8:04. I went inside no one said one word to me. I waited and wasn't addressed so I walked out. Completely unprofessional and rude. I won't be going back.

Don’t get fitted for contacts here!!!
Firstly I’d like to shout out Carly and Lana who were just absolutely great. Unfortunately the doctor was not. When I came in to get fitted for contacts the doctor was moody and impatient. Having sensitive eyes, it took me a little longer than usual to get used to contacts. While she was trying to put them in my eye, we were having a hard time and she was getting pushy about the inconvenience. She even said “I don’t think this is your year for contacts. Then after waiting for 15 minutes I was forced to reschedule another appointment to get fitted! The second time I came back Lana was very helpful in getting my contacts in. Overall I felt rushed and brushed aside and the doctor (I don’t remember her name but she had dark hair) was extremely immature. This place isn’t getting a one star only because the rest of the staff were really just great. I’ve been here before and they’re ok for getting glasses just don’t get contacts here!

Hard for me to give this fox point location and Dr Stern even 1 star. I would go elsewhere for any eye exam or ordering needs!
