This will be applied to 3 locations Mequon, Glendale and Foxpoint locations. I needed to close a First Bank account and open a youth checking for my daughter to get direct deposit from her new job. Out of all those locations no one had enough staff to do it but wanted me to schedule an appointment for Monday. The 3 stars isn't for customer service, but intead for inconvenience, these are basic services that should not require an appointment to complete.

This is a fantastic bank! Not only are the staff friendly and helpful, but you RARELY have to wait in a line. You can usually walk right up and be seen by a teller any day of the week. And Chase Bank offers a host of convenient features that protect you and your money!

Says open till 2pm on Saturday. Went out of my way , and they were close before 1pm. 2 banks 20 miles apart.

Not super impressed with my visit here. I came in to cash out my balance and close my account due to a new monthly fee beginning next month. The teller Nancy seemed a bit flustered, initially would not let me cash my check and told me close the account first. I insisted I wanted the cash out and would then close the account with a personal banker. She then asked me for a debit card pin despite the fact I had a check and a drivers license already out because it would be easier for her to look up the account. On principle I don't give out any private information I am not required to. Eventually she gave me the cash, in a disordered fashion, and told me to come back another day to close the account. I said, I'm going to do this today. Five minutes later I am just a former customer. As a former bank teller, I largely think that tellers are unnecessary (ATMs and online access can do pretty much everything) unless they are excellent at their job. This Chase just seemed okay.

The least helpful location I know of. No one knows how to do their job here. Every time I have to make a visit it's an awful experience. Never have a problem at the downtown location even though parking is limited there. Avoid this location at all costs.

So I went to the branch on Saturday to make a cc pymt and a guy pulled up in the other teller lane a few seconds before I did....so I rang the call teller button because I needed a pymt slip, sent the container back to them and no one answered...I waited and rang it again....then she came to the window but went to the other guy first and greeted him and then she greeted me....i asked for the slip, filled it out and sent it back...she came back waited on the other guy and left...finally someone else came to the window and greeted and waited on me. ..I asked what happened to the other teller and she said she didn't know....the first teller's name was Chirstiana....terrible service.... I hope it's not a black and white thing
