This is a pretty quiet place where you can look around and compare products without much disturbance. Usually, there’s a very kind attendant up front greeting you and asking if you need help to particular location. The cashiers are mostly friendly in the store is very clean. Sale prices are usually excellent and normal prices are fair in comparison to other big box retailers

Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service and communication. I purchased a $3000 TV and informed the sales rep it needed to be delivered after 4pm when I am home from work. The sales rep said that wouldn't be a problem. The day of the delivery, a delivery rep calls and says they are NOT busy but they won't be in my area around or after 4pm and someone will call the next day to reschedule the delivery. I never received a phone call. Today I called customer service and they told me the TV I ordered and paid for is no longer in stock and can't be delivered until next Monday between 7am and 7pm. Again, they said a delivery rep will call me a day before delivery to set up a 4 hour window to deliver. Customer Service said I cannot contact the delivery team as they are not allowed to give out that number. So basically, my $3000 TV is being held hostage and I have no faith that it will ever be delivered. The customer service rep also told me customers CANNOT contact the stores where they have purchased items by phone as every Best Buy store call is routed to a call center outside the US. I will never use any Best Buy to purchase anything ever again. Terrible experience!

Best Buy on Port Washington Rd. Fox Point, WI is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with a retail merchant. I purchased a TV and did not like the quality (used Geek Team) so it was picked up with much delay with a time frame 7-7pm. The appointment never happened. Scheduled again with a same time frame 7-7pm and new tv was installed taking back the other tv. That, too, was not the quality I liked. I then purchased another one on June 7th with a delivery date of today. Now taking to someone in Asia (only communication available) and Best Buy scheduled it for June 17 and told them I would not be available all week and why did they cancel today. I’ve been on the phone since early morning, again with Asia…….a few agents hanging up on me and I think the agent hung up since being on hold for quite a while. IT IS THE WORST STORE I’VE EVER DEALT WITH…….???

Went to Best Buy in Fox Point tonight for an appointment at the Geek Squad. My mother asked me to go with her to get her computer unlocked. Hector Parra was working at the Geek Squad desk. I described the problem and he took her computer in back to work on it. A few minutes later, he returned with the computer working and told us there was no charge. The problem was something minor that my mother did. I asked Hector for his business card so I could share this experience with others. If you need some help with your computer, stop by Best Buy Fox Point and ask for Hector. The visit may cost you a few bucks, but he will probably solve the problem while you wait.
