Slowest AAFES I’ve encountered with minimal customer service. Zero sense of urgency with workers, if you can find one not hiding in the back. Manager came out to help, disappeared in the back leaving me to wait around for 15 minutes.

Fort McCoy Exchange is a small but well stocked PX with an attached Commissary and gas station. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly ready to help answer any of your questions. There are food trucks outside as well that offer a variety of foods that will definitely satisfy your cravings

Small Exchange, but has the essential items you need. There is an attached small food court with varying hours. The food court may not be open when you are there. For the PX, there is a section for clothing and sales, where you can buy uniforms and all the patches, badges, and rank. There is a babber shop attached, as well as alterations. If you are looking for electronics, they have those also...from Laptops to Televisions.Just remember this is a small PX and the selections may be limited.

This 1 star rating is for the Barber Shop ONLY. The inconsistency with a barber actually showing up according to the posted hours are horrendous. If it only happened a couple of times this post would be unnecessary, but this is almost a weekly event. The long lines waiting 30-90 minutes after the barber shop should open (and only 1 shows up to cut hair) is frustrating and discouraging for Soldiers who then have to find a barber shop out in town (and many don’t have transport who are here for training). For active duty folks it is just as frustrating not knowledgeable ng if a barber will show up from one day to another.NEVER AGAIN
