Walgreens has consistently provided a less-than-ideal experience for obtaining prescriptions. On every visit to their facility, I've encountered lengthy waits, often exceeding an hour, despite my prescriptions being sent in days before. There have been instances where they mishandled my prescription, resulting in the wrong medication or insurance billing errors. It's clear that a change in staff and pharmacy management is desperately needed, as the current situation feels like a complete farce.

NEVER a good experience at this pharmacy! Without fail ALWAYS a long wait. Was notified on Saturday that spouses script was ready for pick up then upon arrival Monday afternoon advised script was t filled and only a partial available. Another 20 mile round trip.Totally irresponsible and disrespectful!

Went to have Prescription transferred from our regular Walgreens in Crystal lake illinois to Ft.Atkinson Walgreens. The Pharmacist said because its a controlled medication my Doctor would have to send the refill request right to that Pharmacy. Yet on line it said Walgreens can send the Prescription ( even if it is a controlled medication) between Pharmacies. I wish they wouldn't put it on line that they can, I would of had my Doctor send it to the Ft.Atkinson Walgreens. Now he's not going to do it because he already sent a Prescription and is worried about having it duplicated. I don't blame him. Now I have to drive a hour and a half because Walgreens doesn't know what they're doing! I'd think twice about them consulting a person on anything. Sad!

Unfortunately they are so short staffed no one answers the phone when needing information from the pharmacy, lines are long and people in line kept saying \\\" I hate this Walgreens. They are so slow!\\\" One pharmacy tech was so rude! She wouldn't even look at me, continued paperwork while I was in front of her and actually called a mans name to come and see her when I was standing in front of her window. A lady in line behind me had told me that tech was rude and hoped she wouldnt get her. Come on Walgreens, lets get some help in your pharmacy!

This pharmacy should be shut down, my wife and I just found out that if you get a partial prescription filled they will charge you the full amount. Then when you go to get the rest of the prescription another day they will charge you the full amount again. So not only do the people picking up the prescriptions get screwed their insurance companies are also getting screwed. SCAM ARTISTS!

20 minute holds with no answer and lied to me about my ability to pay for meds with credit card. Fighting fatigue and shortness of breath and had to go home without meds due to the incorrect information.

I've been a Walgreens Fort Atkinson customer for 11 years. I live a block and a half away, so convenience is really the only reason I still use this pharmacy. Two other pharmacies in town have closed over the years and Walgreens pick up the business. Yesterday was a bad experience. The New Year like it does for many brought a new insurance through my employer. I went into the store and waited for 1/2 an hour to see a pharmacy tech who entered my insurance information and told me that I was all set. Unfortunately, it turned out that information was entered incorrectly, through no fault of the tech and my prescriptions did not go through. I had to call and after an hour wait and two call transfers, I reached a pharmacy tech. She was seemingly in a bad mood. She asked for my insurance provider. Not my name or any other information. She went silent leading me to think I was disconnected. I kept saying "hello?" After a minute she scolded me telling me I had to wait. She knew my name in that it came up on caller ID. I mentioned my efforts the previous day in trying to provide my new insurance. She stated that she did not care and that my insurer had no record of me. At that point I asked to speak to a manager. She kept insisting that I had to listen to her. Three more times I asked to speak to a manager in that I found her attitude and tone unacceptable. She hung up on me. I called back, took me 1/2 an hour to get through. The pharmacist picked up and stated that the staff were stressed due to understaffing and Over work. The mistake was in the entry of my information into Walgreens system. I raised my concern that this staff member hung up on me simply because I asked for a manager. Pharmacist was apologetic but supportive of her staff member. I realize the stress COVID has placed on people. But I just ask for human decency and civility. This tech is on the wrong business. To Walgreens I ask manage performance and treat customers as you wish to be treated. I will take my business to the family pharmacy 5 blocks from my home. I'll lobby them to add a couple of more hours to their business. Hopefully others will change over as well.

My friend took my son to this location and the women at the counter was absolutely disrespectful. She asked my friend if my son was hers and my friend said no and the lady at the counter said "okay good" Just because my son has darker skin than someone else, doesn't mean anything. Keep your opinions to yourself. She should be ashamed of herself.
