Terrible service. The lady with red hair was incredibly rude and trashy when we were there today. My sister walked in to ask if all the pumps were prepay due to the pump not working, and got instant attitude, and the lady said she was checking the license plate. What are you checking it on? You can’t run plates, you’re not a police officer. This woman was very unprofessional, very rude, very childish, and could not handle any type of stress. She did get called a name by the end of the conversation, because of how she was responding to every question asked. THEN the cashier was screaming so loudly because she got called a named (which my sister actually felt bad for saying. Why I have no idea.) she could be heard from the car! Absolutely uncalled for, if you cannot separate your stress from the day and other customers asking you questions from ones that have never been in there, you need a new position. Please address the customer service problems with this woman, as her bad day should not spill over onto the customers. She stated, while punching her fist into her hand, that she is “sick of people wanting immediate service.” You are working in customer service at a CONVENIENCE store, what else should customers expect? Convenience, and not to be talked to the way this woman did so. She kept interrupting when my sister was trying to explain she didn’t want immediate service, but just to know if the pump was working. This woman needs extensive customer service training. Needless to say, they did not get our business and she went to the other Bp. Where the gentleman was incredibly friendly and happy!!

I would be giving zero stars if I could. Stopped here the other day as my husband always goes here since it's closest to our house. I usually go to qwik Trip. And after this visit I will be continuing to go to qwik trip. I already don't like their parking lot or gas pump set up. It gets congested & hard to move around. But it's small, so that's understandable. I stopped to put gas in my husband's jeep. I usually pay at the pump Bc I have our toddlers w/us; but this time I did not; & my husband prefers we pay inside. Personal Preference on skimmers & paying at the pump charges. I was right up by the building, and the pump Kept telling me to begin fueling or insert card. I looked several times for a "pre pay or pay at the pump" sign. None. I went in to make sure it wasn't pay at the pump & maybe I was missing the sign. There was a kid who walked in in front of me & he was prepaying. So I asked the cashier ,after he was finished, "are they all prepay now?" Her reply was w/a definite attitude, "well which pump are you at?" & I replied "behind this blue truck." (Which has been there since I parked & was still there.) the cashier had a very impatient, rude attitude,& said "no I was checking your license plate number so you have to wait for that." My reply:"Oh. Ok. Do you have to do that for everyone now?" I was genuinely curious, as I've never heard of this. She again, w/a very short, impatient attitude replied "it's our policy." I then replied "ok, then I'd like to prepay." She asked how much & I put my card in. As we were waiting for the card I said (I was definitely put off by this attitude I was getting.) "could you please not give me an attitude?" Her reply "you can wait a few minutes & speak to my manager." My reply:"I don't need to speak to your manager; I don't have a problem w you checking the license plate. I have a problem w you giving me an attitude." And she SNAPPED. She started yelling at me & punching her right hand w her left fist & yelling "I'm sick of people coming in Here expecting immediate service!" I tried to explain I wasn't expecting immediate service, I was making sure the pump wasn't prepay. But she didn't hear anything she just kept interrupting me. So i pulled my card out & said "you're not getting my money. Bye b****** Now listen-I am NOT someone who goes around cussing at ppl. I know I should not have said that. At all. I was so blown away by the fact that she was literally yelling at me. I could still hear her yelling when I got out to my vehicle. I thought she was going to follow me to my car. And there was a customer behind me in line. And one peeking his head in, I'm assuming asking if the pumps worked, Bc she hadn't been doing anything else but yelling at me. And he walked back to the pump after she was yelling. So idk what happened there. I called my husband, who is in law enforcement, to tell him what happened & I cried Bc I called her b***** & he said he knows who she is & she knows who he is from him going in there;he said she probably gets called that daily. & I said maybe she's just having a bad day & he said "I think every day she's having a bad day." Needless to say neither of us will be back thanks to the cashier who is an older lady, reddish hair w/glasses. When I asked my husband about them checking license plates he said "they just use little binoculars & write the number down." So-therefore-I would still have been waiting at the pump for the truck in front of me to move for her to write mine down before I could pump gas, when I was insi
