Nice store and usually very friendly and helpful customer service however the new digital coupons are absolutely horrible Not everyone is computer literate and doesn't know how to work the apps Why just why must I now get additional crap to get the coupons Already have the stupid card and I have to do more to get pick n save coupons They make it more and more difficult to get sale items so why have them at all if you don't want people to be able to access them

So went In to get the soda deal and had to clip a coupon in the app and I did so but for some reason it was not registering at the pos machine and they would not honor the sale price. It’s not my fault your app does not want to work and although it’s not always their fault either the least they could of done was honor it and the woman working the self check out Bunnie was super rude and made a snotty comment that it was a corporate problem not a her problem. I will never return there again! I would rather pay more to go to festival then to deal with snotty employees that do not want to help.

Pick N Save in Fort Atkinson, WI now offers Mountain Dew Purple Thunder. This flavor was sold exclusively at Circle K stores that aren't located near me. I used to have someone purchase Purple Thunder Mountain Dew at a Circle K store in Ohio and ship it to me.
The store was extremely clean and the workers were quite helpful in assisting me in my purchasing needs.

Outstanding customer service, helpful and friendly, especially Christy and Amanda who have both gone out of their way to make sure I get what I need because of my medical restrictions... whether that's giving rain checks or making sure the right managers order products to keep things stocked, (like Boca) having better prices helps too!

Going to tailgate and three weeks in a row in the produce department is always out of fresh cut pepper and onions that are premade in house. I guess I’ll go to festival instead for now on

I am a little biased since I recently was hired here and at present work 8 hours a week in the produce department.I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and savings at this store. I frequently do most of my shopping here and have done so for years. They have always been accommodating when I need assistance.

Been coming here for about a year now and it has always been a great experience. The produce are fresh and not spoiled like other places in town. If something is out on the shelves there is always a friendly face to assist in replenishing the stock. Service is above and beyond and they have done things to help which they really don't need to do but is very much appreciated.P.S. Thank you Carl and your helpful employee, the turkey should turn out great!
