I had a great experience with Mark he was honest and did not try and sell me unnecessary repairs. I was hesitant to use another mechanic in the area after a few awful experiences with the nearby competition. After getting quotes from 5 area shops Mark blew me away with a quote less than half the amount others wanted. Not only was the work top notch he came in under his quoted price and performed additional work in the process. I will be a regular customer and highly recommend Mark to anyone who wants quality work done at an honest price.

Mark knows what he's doing and he won't charge you and arm and a leg for it. He's an honest guy, so I'll drive 30 minutes to take my vehicle to him rather than getting it done elsewhere.

Mark has been my family's preferred mechanic for years. My mother swore by him as do I. Always willing to help and check issues even when busy. Answers questions and offers sound advice.

Crummy place to go. Owner seemed uninterested in giving out pricing information and made excuses that he has a big load already and couldn't answer simple questions about a basic diagnostic. Standoffish type of person. Go to Brom's Auto instead. Owner is humble, pleasant and very much interested in keeping customers happy and provided a wealth of information about pricing, warranties, etc. Great customer service as well. Don't waste your time with Mark's auto. Bad business.
