Wrong tires put on car.
Called them that same day but was told the owner would call me back.
No call back. Husband went in the next day but owner not available wax told he would call. No call.
A day later, Received text that owner would call and no call yet. It had been around 3 weeks.
My spouse has spent over 35K at this shop.
We expected an answer as to what happened. We never got the courtesy of an explanation.
If I had used my CC I would be disputing but I didn’t. My mistake.
We are very unhappy with our service.

Had to get some tune-up service done on my 2014 Chevy Silverado. Since I've gone here for my oil change needs. I've decided to have them do the work. Brandon is always helpful in answering any questions that I may have. The bill came in under the estimate that I was quoted. So far so good on my Chevy, and I look forward to working with them in the future. Jerry!

Time after time, Brandon and his team have shown that they go the full length to provide the customer the best experience. Communication and clarity are excellent throughout. The service team and is beyond impressive, and you will be able to tell immediately, how dedicated they are to providing you the best options for your vehicles. Had an issue with my coolant not registering and the fan running after shutting off. They were able to get me in within a day of calling and it was ready the next day! Very prompt and they did an excellent job getting everything working! Highly recommended!

My 2015 F150 started running rough. They tuned up my engine and found 1 fuel injector was bad. I knew I needed brakes as well. they found a caliper frozen and line collapsed. Replaced all my brakes, which i never did to the truck. I picked up my truck later, and it's running great. I'm very happy. I would highly recommend K &F.

This place, owners and staff seem honest above board and fair. We have always had good service here. They definitely have an upsell vibe, but they are not pushy about it. They have good technology that lays everything out for you so your older cars tend to get a lot of maintenance suggestions. However, they are not wrong suggestions that I have seen.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY KEFT ME STRANDE FOR 2 1/2 MONTHS WITHOUT MY VEHICLE PROMISING THAT THEY WOULD FIX IT OR THAT IT WAS FIXED AND THEY LIED TO ME MUTLIPLE TIMES AND THEN THEY JUST PUT iT TO THE SIDE WITHOUT TELLING ME AND SO I HAD TO GO PICK IT UP MYSELF AND THey didnt even call me to see what happened to it!!
