Our tax filing representative was fantastic. Typically a stressful season trip was made an enjoyable one by the diligence and precision of the filing process that our representative took all while providing feedback and information to better prepare us for the next year. We will definitely be coming back next year!

I hope Rebecca Straight doesn't appreciate her job at this location or at H&R Block. I called this morning and made an appointment by phone. The company then sent me an email stating what I all needed to bring and also informed me that I needed to wear a mask. So I showed up at my appointment 20 minutes early and walked into the office with my 3 year old son. Rebecca walks up and says do you have someone to watch your child cause we can only have the person who has the appointment in the office. I said well no I don't have anyone to watch my son. Rebecca then said well were unable to keep your appointment due to you having your child with you. "Discrimination" I said said well that would of been nice to know when I called and booked my appointment. Rebecca then started to argue with me saying that I booked my appointment online. I said no I didn't book it online I called. So she said well I don't know why it would say you booked it online then. So I pulled my phone out showed her that I called this morning at 10:42a.m. and then showed her the email they sent me. Why would I lie about how I made my appointment first of all and why would I drive all the way to Fort Atkinson to make this up. So Rebecca then said well I am canceling your appointment because you can't have your child with you during this appointment. "I can't have my child with me when I'm a single parent and am obviously here for a cash advance so I doubt I am going to pay a babysitter when times are ruff considering my job can only have 25% of our capacity and this appointment would literally take maybe 10 mins but probably not even that long". So she still is denying me my appointment because of my 3 year old son being with me. So I then leave go out to my car and call the same number I called to make the appointment and the lady said I'm so sorry I don't know why they would deny you your appointment because you have your child with you. So the lady said I will take a report of everything that happened and someone will be in touch with you. She said what would you like the ending result of this to be? I said well first of all they need to understand what discrimination is and second to stop turning single parents away because they have there child with them. The lady then once again apologized saying they shouldn't of done that to me. So I then called the H&R block office back that turned me away and when Rebecca answered the phone I said could I please ask who I'm speaking too? Rebecca then said well who is this so I said this is Tiffany Rice the person you just made leave your office because my son was with me. She said well this is Rebecca Straight and I said thanks I just wanted to double check and make sure I had the right person. I then told Rebecca that the corporate office said you shouldn't of turned me down because of this and I said that what you did was complete discrimination and there are so many single parents out there that obviously need to file there taxes and you shouldn't be turning them down and that I pay H&R block over $400.00 every year to do my taxes and now I will be finding a different company to do my taxes and I will be contacting an attorney tomorrow morning for discrimination so I hope it was worth them telling me to leave because my 3 year old son was with me.
