"Tammy stated that she was doing her final training for the night with Cooper at approximately 10:30 p.m.," the complaint said. "She had Cooper on a choker chain. She stated the way she trains is by a method called, 'release of pressure,' which means the dog will decide how much pressure is applied to achieve compliance."The complaint stated that, under the method used by Flemming, it is common for a dog to yelp, or react when using a choker chain."That is when they know to relieve the pressure," the complaint stated. "Cooper had been with Tammy for four weeks and had been doing very well on the choker chain. During this time, Tammy was asking Cooper to sit, but he was in a 'power struggle' with Tammy and had begun 'fighting' her by thrashing his head back and forth. This caused Tammy to continue with pressure on the chain."Flemming told Lawrence this was a command that Cooper had successfully demonstrated many times before."She attempted to give a loud verbal command to gain compliance and stop the thrashing," according to the complaint. "This did not work and Cooper kept 'fighting.' Tammy noticed Cooper's back legs became weak and she then released the chain. Tammy watched Cooper and observed he began to breathe shallow and slowly. She then began to give Cooper mouth-to-mouth and chest compressions. Tammy also thought to grab some honey. She explained some hunting dogs experience low blood sugar and honey helps. Her attempts to save Cooper were unsuccessful and Cooper died."4 weeks she throttled the dog into submission - that's not training. Now she has failed to show for court.

Tammy has trained two of our dogs, both of which were not angels until they met her. Our current dog, Amara is a 130lb cane corso and walking her on a leash is like walking air. We live out in the country, we don't have a fence. Tammy came to the house to reinforce her boundaries, which she never has tested to this day after over a year. When she is outside off leash she is never further than 6 feet from us unless we are playing fetch and she is retrieving her kong. Tammy is an amazing trainer and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Tammy has given us hope. Our newest family member, Lacy just needed some work. Good girl, but hard headed. We saw progress and promise with simple commands. Thank you Tammy for working with our girl.

DO NOT take your dogs here. Channel 27 reports 2 dogs in a matter of weeks have died in her care from choking. This lady needs to be shut down! If I could give negative stars I would, what a POS.

I had to give one star just only because otherwise I can't write a review. Please always do your homework where you taking your best friend for training or grooming as well. Unfortunately this is what happened with my good friend's puppy: Update- I previously posted the death of my 8 month old baby boy Cooper. The death occurred at Hermans Hangout with Trainer Tammy Olson in Fort Atkinson. The necropsy results confirmed that he died of strangulation. At this time that is all I am able to share. I thank everyone for reaching out and for all the support.

- 100000000. Do NOT take your dog here!!!! Horrible abusive trainer. My baby was there for basic training and my dog died while in her care. This is the 2nd dog in a month that has passed in her care. Please be aware. She has been abusing dogs since 2017 and getting away with it. So many people have reached out that she has beat there dogs. Justice for Cooper and Marley

Do NOT take your dog to Tammy Fleming/Tammy Olson at Herman's Hangout or HR Stormy-T's Sweet Lady Angeline SH. Two dogs in the past month have died while being trained by her. She puts them on platforms and leaves them unattended while chained so they hung themselves. What a terrible terrible training program she has. #JusticeforMarleyandCooper

Nash is in training to be a Cardiac Alert and Response Service Dog. Tammy trained him for 5 weeks and Nash’s obedience is polished and his “tasks” such as item retrievals are incredible! I’m so happy with how he has turned out!

I signed my dog up for the five week board and train with Tammy. My dog is a year and a half and has quite a stubborn personality so teaching him commands and acceptable behavior had been challenging. Tammy walked me through his training goals and was communicative during his time there. At the end of his stay, Tammy provided clear instructions on my dog’s progress, what he now knows, and how to reinforce the training concepts at home. My dog has never been more behaved! His on-leash skills are remarkably better. I am very happy with his behavior improvements.
