Do not bring your vehicle here for service. My husband brought his F150 here to have the coolant flushed. Later that week he noticed there was a puddle of coolant under the truck. They told him to bring it back so they could fix "their mistake". He brought it back and the service advisor informed him that the tech that worked on his truck probably had to apply a lot of force to the coolant elbow and that's why it's leaking. They then proceeded to make us pay for the repairs for the damage that they caused, because it wasn't drivable with the amount of antifreeze pouring out of it. We were stuck and had to pay the almost $500 for the damage they did. Horrendous service department and customer service. We will be contacting Ford. This is a 2014, low miles, Florida truck that's never seen salt. Thought we were being proactive for its first Wisconsin winter...alas we unknowingly trusted it to untrained amateurs and trusted the name Ford on the building meant quality. We were SO wrong!

Jacob is an excellent and extremely patient sales person that have prepared the cars we wanted to look at ahead of time, made a well explained test drive with us and most importantly, helped us knock out and block buster deal for us for just one visit! If you are shopping for ford or any other car, this is the place! The people here are really nice and you won't be disappointed for any reason to be here.

Ended up paying $125 for diagnosis , and I received a paper saying all the symptoms I described with the receipt. Are you gone tow the car out? I said no, I'm gone change the battery myself, and I'm gone drive the car out. I see on the receipt that you gone tow the car. No, no, I received threats over the phone they gone tow my car out, and impounded it...

The staff were well educated, kind, flexible, and so easy to work with! My car was fixed promptly with no charge due to the warranty. I was given a very detailed summary of the work. I will definitely take my car here again if any repairs are needed!

A few weeks after I got home (500 miles from Griffin), I had a problem with the car and the team at Griffin took great care of me when they really didn't have to. That was another great sign of how they take care of customers - thanks Griffin team!
